Don't you understand law.... their cases would be taken seperately (if filed in supreme court), you can't take decision legally on a case which is not even filed yet.. ofcourse don't doubt CJI, i remember when he was taking the case of NEET SCAM recently...if the proofs are there, then he is gonna give justice... But if the proofs are removed by government.. even he can't do it, the court doesn't run on emotion, the cases must be taken seperately cuz the case is not about what to do in future but rather about specifically that female resident dr... That's why they are not talking much about women safety in general

Basic infrastructure is missing in government offices and institutions. Why? Women's needs are ignored. Bathrooms, restrooms, baby changing rooms in public areas are totally missing. Safety and Security measures are not in place. With modern technology this should not be difficult to provide citizens. Why do we have to ask for something so basic?

When rapes happen in UP, Haryana and Gujarat, everything is just brushed off. I understand this rape is not just rape and there is a lot of racket behind it, but why is it that only this rape is politicized?

Surprise is that, entire hospital was aware of the rape and murder, handed over the body to the police, police was present in crematorium to ensure its cremated at 8.30 pm and only at 11.45 pm on victim's father complaint the FIR was registered. Kapil says, the state was persuading the father and doing whatever he was asking? but very little reaction from bench. shocking. and the level with which Kapil is given weightage show his power.

seems like the HC judge was much better with his words and judgement, i did not see much of the backlash from the Supreme court on such a heinous crime, it seemed to me like the he was too polite with his words for this incident, which was unnecessary, the aggrieved population of Bengal is not satisfied with this proceeding

Indian laws are strictly made of thick walls with large loops. People don't have any confidence in this law system and in this governments, politicians want to politicize the issue and lawyers want to highlight the issue in detail to protect the culprits, but the criminals in the society were happily roaming the streets. Who will give safety and security to our country's women? after seeing all these judgments and arguments people lose confidence in our governments still pm saabh was not even gives a single statement bengal ka corrupted mamatha was so dramatically acting on the incident she will surely get a oscar foe her performance and high drama whole country is watching its a very ashameful to the bengal government while hiding the truths to save the culprints.

few things i noticed in this proceedings. If u dont have the patience to do so.
1)The reason i watched this whole thing is to filter what is false news and what is not, but such details was never clarified such as the allegations if the principal called it a sucide. it was disputed but never clarified. There are other aspects also which was not clarified. The case was discussed less but more emphasis was given on what should be done to protect the individuals on ground.
2)between the bench, prosecutor and defendant. The bench is well versed with the case and the prosecutor seems to fumble with the details such as who logged the FIR and the timing. The defendant feels more prepared in the case. They were more prepared with the complains on scene.
if there was an AI to analyzed who between the 3 spoke in this court. pretty sure the prosecutor will be like 10%.
3) The bench is more focused on maintaining the safety of the medical professional. Which is rightly so. prevention is better than cure but i believe forming a task force will delegate the responsibly to other. By doing so in a case of failure who is held accountable in a case like this? point is the institution should be accountable for ensuring their safety IMO.
4)The prosecutor is trying to rope in others state bodies to be held accountable but the delivery was poor. Even the aspect of sharing the Details with the investing body (CBI) is disputed saying it will be leaked to the media by the defendant. I hope the prosecutors were more prepared and stern. I will give them credit to refer past cases and verdicts relevant to this case and complains from the doctors on ground.
5)all parties do agree with a digital app and a helpline to help medical professionals in destress. But in the Kolkata doctors case It would not have helped in my humble opinion. proper screening and security personals would be more helpful as long as they dont run away.
6)around 1:19:00 was productive when the vandalism was address and the allegations when the cops ran away hiding allegedly. I am satisfied by decisive action taken.

His Lordship is retiring in November 24. Who will monitor the long list of directions contained in the order. With great respect the CJI has enlarged the scope and ambit of the directions to all the HCs & and States in India. No disrespect intended but the West Bengal HC was doing an outstanding job of pulling up the West Bengal government from its failure to prevent such a heinous crime and keep law and order when the docs were protesting outside the hospital. Will the HC continue to monitor the case or the CBI investigation
