No hands or wrists to accommodate angular movements... no back or side thrust straight ahead always... What a freaking star

Congrats to Bebe, I have been following her for a while and her talent is indisputable. And a well deserved silver medal for Zhou Jingjing, she is incredibly impressive and accurate with her blocks and attacks considering her limited trunk control. I loved seeing the sportsmanship between these two as they apologized for bad hits and congratulated each other. The italian coach is pretty annoying tho hahaha

And people complain about their own able bodied lives. These people are better than most of us and can teach us a valuable life lesson.
    Bravo!!!!!

I know it's passion or whatever but honestly her screaming after every point just seemed like way too much. It's off putting, imo. Like congratulations to her because it's amazing what she did, but I don't even want to finish watching the video because she's so over the top

@UCKpEMO-ORiH_fRSARV30Ofw what on god's green earth are you even talking about? It's a comments section. It's for comments and opinions. I wasn't disrespectful or rude or cruel, I stated a pretty minor opinions. If youre so bothered by it you needed to make a condescending mansplainy comment, that's on you bud

dont think i need to explain to you that 'proper sportsmanship' (and in any sort of standardized way) in such niche sports as "wheelchair fencing" is way more complicated when the people involved have lived lives not only so fundamentally and drastically different from us, but from each other as well, especially in relation to the sport. not only that but her opponent didn't seem half as upset about it as you seem to be and it's similarly "over the top" to give a diary entry about why you decided to stop watching the video..

@@itstoogooditswaytoogood3211 dude are you having a stroke? I can't even understand your word salad. Maybe you should put the phone or laptop away for a bit and chill. Maybe meditate. Something.

I understand BOTH of your perspectives. I also thought that she was being unsportsmanlike. But seeing that she probably worked hard to get there and is surprising even herself, it's almost like she can't help herself to contain her excitement (she's with that spirit of youth still 😅). At least, she behaves kindly and is respectful at the end. And so does her opponent; with hugs and all. So that was great to see and countered the cheer screaming.
Plus, (I don't speak Italian but it's similar in some ways to Spanish which I speak), it sounded like her coach said to her after her first point: "Don't get so overly dramatic. Focus!" Can any Italian 🇮🇹 speakers clarify this for me? 😁

Getting cringed out by someone else's passionate response to what they love is way more "off putting" than someone simply expressing their intensity for something they adore. More of a reflection on you :)
