Whoever speaks against them will lose anything and everything they have. From students to workers to people who hold significant roles, they will all lose what they have and zionists have made it clear that they will. You either try to be sympathetic to the atrocities they carry out as a minimum not to face their wrath or you will notice that some are passionate about them killing Palestinians and usually you find out that they're being funded by Jewish/Israeli lobbies/companies. Most debates you see from politicians in America now are just who is the most genocidal and who calls for the most violent measures against either Palestinians or those who are pro-Palestinians, one trying to one-up the other even making the Israelis seem less violent at times. I will say that piers morgan does platform pro-palestinian advocates more fairly than literally the entire western mainstream media, simply by letting almost all of them speak long enough uninterrupted to deliver complete arguments and responses - which says a lot about the general media coverage.
but he has also likely done quite a bit of harm by platforming bad palestine advocates, namely nerdeen kiswani and to a lesser degree rahma zein, who took it as an opportunity to center themselves by grandstanding on not condemning the hamassacre in any way. that was always an idiotic position to take - the correct thing to do was to define whatever nuance you want, such as that you consider it to be a response to worse israeli oppression, that you consider hamas to be legitimate resistance to whatever degree, or that you support their attacking of the military, or that you reject israel's supposed right to bomb or invade or besiege gaza in response, but what was necessary was to acknowledge that the operation largely or primarily targeted civilians, and that the targeted killing and kidnapping of civilians was unjustifiable and civilian hostages ought to be released (technically taking soldiers as hostages also is a war crime, but nobody knows and will ask about that, and it's basically what's done in all wars when parties take prisoners to exchange them, which ends up being a good thing because it creates the option for soldiers to surrender and probably not be executed). particularly promoting that venomous narcissist nerdeen kiswani as aface of palestine was horrible - she was featured opposite to an also horrible pro-israel propagandist, but I bet kiswani did more harm to palestine in that one video than that woman is able to do with a whole year's work. bad advocacy is a very powerful tool for the other side, and that was terrible advocacy.

In 2015, Hamas banned digging wells, extorting huge sums of money from those wishing to obtain a license. As a result, the EU sent Gaza 30 miles of pipeline that Hamas quickly embezzled and turned into its arsenal of makeshift rockets.
Today, 92% of Gaza's water is undrinkable; just don't blame Israel. Blame Hamas.
Oh, and did I forget to mention that Hamas has all the freshwater and electricity it needs down in its tunnels, but that ordinary citizens aren't allowed inside? And speaking of fuel, Hamas has half a million liters of it - they're just simply hoarding it for themselves.
As I wrote above, since 1994, Gaza has received $40 billion in aid, more aid per capita than any country in Europe, more than the Marshall Plan. Gaza should have been turned into Singapore. Or, at the very least, Hamas should have built bomb shelters for its people or developed something similar to Iron Dome. Instead, Hamas purchased weapons (with the help of $700 million annually from Iran and $500 million they have in overseas investments like real estate). The rest was pocketed by its leaders, who enjoy their billions in their mansions in Qatar (the state that sponsors al-Qaeda) while your average Gazan - if they're lucky to be employed - must live off $13 a day.

Lastly, Israel is not targeting hospitals or ambulances unless they house terrorists and weapons. Israeli hospitals have been hit by Qassam rockets too. And Al-Shifa clearly housed Hamas HQ, weapons, etc., even though (a) Israel warned people to leave; (b) has set up field hospitals for civilians on the coast; (c) has sent its own fuel that is then stolen by Hamas - seriously, who would have thought?

The fundamental point is there is no justification for war crimes. Being a victim of crime does not give you license to commit crime.
Depends on your definition of crime. And who is in charge of dictating what is and isnt crime. In this case, the Palestinians have no actual power, and the IDF has used not only unlawful, but completely unjustifiable and excessive force from day 1. So who are the criminals? Who really let “hostages be taken”? Was it the prisoners starving in a concentration camp? Or was it the colonial state white literally putting their citizens in harms way?

It is so easy to debunk this stupid "but what about Hamas genocidal charter" narrative. The UN-charter defines genocide along two main components: a) *the act* (killing, deplacement, cultural or reporductive destruction etc.) and the b) *the intent* to destroy a cultural, ethnic, religious group.
Even if we assume that Hamas was dead set on enacting their charter and to commit genocide (intent), they don't have the means to do so. As horrific as the attack was, it was hardly an act that threatened the Israeli state. But who has both means and intent and is in fact already acting on both? You guessed it, Israel...

Im tired of feeling powerless over this issue. Those who can do something about it, choose to turn a blind eye and pretend to believe the lies of the oppressor. Seeing how Israelis have acted since they came to Palestine is one of the ugliest things I've ever seen. Maybe Its fine for some people, but over here in Latin America they brought several military regimes at the first time It was convenient and completely changed the political structure. For example, here in Brazil only extremely large landlords, wealthy business men, and professional politicians end up forming any relevant party, all this amounts to constant deconstruction of State infrastructure, removal of liberties and institution of laws benefiting the wealthy. Also notice that this logic is true on the USA as well, only a bit more open since Its a de facto two parties system.
Basically, It hardly matters to the world if the hegemonic power is authoritarian or pretends to be a democracy while funds dictadorships, the benefits should always be materialistic, the backbone of any rational person.
Here's an exercise: who enjoys all the freedom, the wealthy or everybody? Well, not wealthy people have freedom of speech (as long that It doesn't go against any interest, if you protest against the status quo of the political systems you may be deemed against democracy), freedom to own property (as long that It goes hand in hand with extremely expensive zoning laws), and that's about It, while the wealthy have everything they want, freedom of speech (not restricted, no billionaire is harmed if they say racist slurs or anything), freedom to own entire markets (something that makes him wealthy), freedom to effectively own the government, freedom to not be limited by lack of wealth and income (the most important thing under capitalism), freedom from labor, and several other things. It really seems like the "non authoritarian" regime provides quite the selected freedom, there's the standard you get when you're born (which is only immaterial, nobody needs to work a second to make It viable), and there's the premium package (the one that millions, if not billions of people working support, but only less than 1% of the world enjoys). Man, smell this beautiful air, It smells like the climate change that you and I will have to suffer through with food and water shortages just so a few business men can buy a new summer house this year.

The amount of calories is in range for the average person which would be 2,000 calories a day for women and 2,500 for men. However anyone that has read basic nutrition or biology or even medicine would know that just because you are consuming the right amount of calories doesn't mean you are consuming the right amount of macronutrients (Carbohydrats, Fats, Proteins) and micronutrients (Vitamins & Minerals) or if what they are consuming is even a quality product.
Good examples:
-Sailors of the Royal Navy during great voyages of victoria era, they would eat up to 5,000 calories but it would be low quality and lack Vitamine C which will manifest as scurby. (Fun fact, modern US marine diet is up to 3,000 calories)
-Low Iron or Vitamin Bs can lead to anemia.
-Low protein diets will impact immune system, muscles and many liver/blood functions plus a low protein diet on a developing human (Mainly children) can lead to Kwashiorkor.
-Low fatty acids and lipids can also lead to neurological abnormalities, a scaly rash, and poor growth on developing children.
-Low carbs (mainly as a forced diet not trying to punch keto bros/sis) can be extremely dangerous because it literally means low blood sugar so dizziness, shaking, sweating, confusion etc. There would be a low glycogen reserve on a deprived diet.
And we have to remember that this is a diet imposed to every Gazan regardless if they are healthy or sick. Plus since the diet is already at a minimun value it means their bodies are not storing reserves and would not be able to tolerate a sudden deprivation of food like, you know, during a war.
