I was 12 when I heard this song. I felt like i was listening to something i wasn’t supposed to be listening to. It was later that I noticed that it was a performance. It felt so real.
Well...to be fair, at 12 you really weren't supposed to be hearing that 😅 but it's a masterpiece, more a horror story than a rap song.
It felt real then a mfka🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was 23 when this song came out so I was a grown adult I can’t imagine listening to this song at 12? Must’ve really been something.
This is a horror movie in rap form. Even eerier knowing that Em was making this song and others like it because he was pouring out his darkest fantasies so that he didn't have to actually do them, like cutting open a vein and letting the poison out before it kills you. Its art at its deepest and darkest.

This was actually the prequel to "'97 Bonnie & Clyde". Before this was released, he played this song for Kim while they were driving in a car.
Such an incredible song with so much passion and story telling in it.

Kim was the first song that was recorded for the MMLP album and it was done in like 30 Minutes so he basicly went into the Studio and recorded it in an one take
I think it's super important with Eminems music that it be listened to in chronological order so that u know what he's talking about. I can't think of another artist that this matters so much with..if u know his music u know his life then songs like this will make perfect sense

We have all felt like this from betrayal, trauma, and anger. It's even kind of next level for Eminem because he and Kim met as foster siblings. If you have any experience with the system then you know how big of a mess it can be.
