Imagine Dragons did tweet Aurora’s cover “beautiful cover of believer by...”
This cover was made on a radio show... She got the song when she arrived, and had 1 hour to prepare.... Not bad.... :-)
You will "never" get blocked with content from NRK..... I have never heard about it beeing blocked....

That was record for you guys in shortest time beween two songs of one artist! That´s good. Love the original but i love this even more. Her tone is remarcable. On spot every time . It is so much clearer and slower and that bring more clarity to the lyrics. Only problem is that i would wait for eternity on my suggest song by her ;-). Stay safe and healthy !!!!!
I did love the "Eargasm " thing. I agree..........And I'm still agnostic too. And by the way, she did not choose this song. This is a place artists go and they are given a song to do and have one hour to make something happen. Aurora is not especially religious. I would call her more spiritual or humanist. I don't agree with the song either, but as I said, she didn't choose it. And I prefer her version to the original.

I've never done this, fwiw, but I find it very interesting/curious that almost every AURORA reaction we publish gets those 6 or so dislikes every time. So, to the person who just hit the dislike after 5 min or so after the reaction published, and where you didn't have time to watch all or even some of it, I am genuinely curious why the automatic dislike? Is it AURORA herself? Is it that for some reason our worst reactions happen wen we do AURORA? Asking because i can count on my one hand the amount of times I hit a dislike button to a reaction, and I can say it was never because of disliking the artist or a song while discounting the many people who do like it and also the time and effort it went into creating the reaction. One reason is because some people are just A-holes sometimes. Another reason is because some people just don't like it when it's just a lyric video and not the actual performance. I do prefer the actual performance too, but I love hearing her voice, so I would not dislike just because of this.

Unfortunately, there are some Aurora haters out there. I have read thousands of comments on YT about her, where 99.99% are nice. Some also wrote that the Aurora threads are the nicest place on the entire internet.
But there have been a few negatives. There are homophobes, racists and some religious acts who also made some hate videos about her.
It is also sad that she received some nasty messages from some Palestinian activists in connection with her concerts in Israel. At one of her concerts (I was at this concert myself) one of the activists tried to disrupt her concert. In their defense, I do not think they know about Aurora's values and lyrics. They just demonstrate to get attention.

Not a big fan of Aurora but i would never hit a dislike on any reaction, just because it’s not my cup of tea doesn’t mean it’s bad, she’s clearly popular and obviously talented, with a fantastic voice, so I definitely appreciate it, just not my bag!

As has already been said here, Aurora only had an hour for the cover. This is how this radio show works. She doesn't choose the song. Aurora only covers songs that she likes and that she stands by. This means that she has to rewrite the text passages that she does not like. She already did that with "God is a Woman", which was also under these conditions for this radio show. She didn't really like the song so she took out lines of text. She turned a song that is only there to stimulate sexual fantasies for the masses, to a small but fine work with a soul.
I think the moderators wanted to bring Aurora into a position that was impossible for her with the song selection, because everything she stands for is far from this song by Grande. She really showed them the middle finger with her interpretation.
If there's one song I'd want anybody to react to, it's La Negra Tomasa by Caifanes. A Cuban folk song written in 1937 covered by a classic Mexican rock band from 80s/90s. Something I'll never stop recommending to people. (The 7 minute version is the best version!)

Please don't get me wrong, I do enjoy your reactions and commentary. And I am aware that you are often responding to requests that you have some obligation to fulfill. I would like to point out though, that of the 13 Aurora reactions you have posted to date, 7 are covers rather than original material. I enjoy her covers, often more than the originals. But it's not her best work. :-)
Thanks. Glad to have you connected to our channel. A few things. First, the requests are paid ones. So, we have all the obligation in the world to fulfill them. Second, the good news is that we're not going anywhere soon, which means the sky's the limit for more AURORA songs on this channel, including more originals. Third, IMO, her best work SO FAR has thus far been pretty much a balance of originals and covers. Just an amazing interpreter of well-known songs from other artists. Her "Life on Mars" cover is right up there for me. Same for "Teardrop"--my introduction to Aurora--and this one as well. Again, IMO. - Greg

I've never disliked the original, but after hearing it, I never give it a second thought. This cover i absolutely adore. She completely changed how i look at the song since now i actually listened to the lyrics. I didn't even known she had rearranged them until you said so.

You guys need a little timing help as well as you would be better off reacting to live performances and not lyric vids. Don't take this as a hit to your egos, it is meant to call attention to improving your product.
Hi no bodi, We appreciate your intent to improve our product, as we always strive to do better. However, the Aurora songs we've covered over the past couple of months have been paid requests, and we do them in the order in which we received them, so the timing is not in our control. As for the versions we're playing, most of them are versions that the requestor has specifically asked for. When we ourselves choose, we act on the belief that a viewer would prefer a lyric video because a lot of times the listener cannot make out what the lyrics are. Again, thank you for your input in trying to make us better at what we do. - Chris
