Here it is guys! Finally! Merry belated Christmas to you all! Sorry for the delay! The process took a lot longer than I thought and I wanted to make sure you all got this video at its best quality!
I just wanted to let you all know how awesome you are. Thank you for all of the support/comments/appreciation for the videos I've done. It truly means the world to me and I will be forever grateful!
This one is the longest I've ever done. The story of the 501st is a collective narrative of many different characters (mostly Clone troopers) who got the worst of the war. I wanted to explore the perspective of these soldiers and get a feel of how the war ACTUALLY was in Star Wars (the clone wars specifically). It was truly a tragedy just like many other characters in this universe. I really did enjoy making this one and I hope you will all enjoy it!

Luke and Vader avenged everyone on the Second Death Star. The clones, Jedi, Republic, nightsisters, seperatists, and even Maul and Dooku.

matix1256 Just because the Rey trilogy exists doesn’t mean that they didn’t avenge all of them. And technically Anakin is still the chosen one, even if you want to argue he didn’t destroy the Sith, because Luke was alive. Therefore for there to be “balance” 1 Jedi and 1 Sith are balanced. There will always be dark side users within the Star Wars universe, because beings for the most part are not strong willed. I get it’s popular to hate on the Sequel Trilogy, but it’s misleading or flat out false to suggest that it takes away from Anakin’s redemption, and the Skywalkers avenging all those lost thanks to the Great Plan.
Not Vader, its Anakin and Luke, actual and should have been father and son duo ^

another sad thing about fives and the chips. after fives talked to kix and died, kix stated to investigate the what happened, eventually near the end of the war, kix discovered the truth. But before he could say anything he was kidnapped by droids and placed in cryo-stais. Later the ship under-attack and to prevent kix being release they did an emergency and non-programmed hyperspace jump. Years later, just after T.F.A. the crashed ship was discovered by pirates, kix was reawakened and was caught up to the last 50+ years. In the end kix joined the pirate crew and was the last clone trooper

@@CatherineLaSalle Its a shame Disney seemt to want tom forget the prqeuls exist despit them having some of the best lore and action in all of star wars. Hopefully the high republic comics will be successfull enough to warrent movie or tv show.

The tradgedy of the clones is something that always brings me to tears. They believed they were fighting for good and they gave their lives to defend liberty and democracy despite them being essentially slaves and it ended up being for nothing.
At first when I saw this video on my recommended list I was like "Why does she look familiar and why do feel like I know her?"

Even for their amazing combat abilities, they’re so humanizing through and through, even if the odds are against them, that’s what makes me love them more.

It just brings me back to the Clone wars finale. The pain in rex's eyes trying to refuse the chip override. Animation was on point. I love that we get to see that the clones weren't just mindless killers.✌❤
The clones absolutely lighting Aayla Secura up always gets me in the feels a bit. Because everyone who served with her respected her, because she cared about those under her command. Bly actually had some reservations about carrying out the order, so they all put their blasters on full auto and just shot her as much as they could to make sure she suffered as little as possible.
And Fives, well, Fives had one of the best arcs in the Clone Wars. If not the best. The idea that a clone, the trump card up Sidious' sleeve to kill the Jedi, nearly dismantled his entire plan. He came so close. Just to have it slip through his fingers...

As far as I know with Canon, Rex was surely confirmed to be the longest living clone fighting in the rebellion, Gregor died in Rebels, Wolffe idk about, any other clones more likely served the empire until death in battle or of the accelerated age growth. Of course you have one close who froze in carbonite found by pirates I guess, and commandos and clones who didnt do Order 66

14:38 this is truly sad, the stormtroopers of the 501sh were still clones under Vader command, it was the last unit made of clones in the empire army but it got wiped out at the destruction of the first death star.
I finally got around to watching this and WOW I cried SO HARD through the whole thing. I went through, like, 20 tissues. I love the clones so much! They are probably my favorite part of Star Wars. The story of every clone in so expansive and tragic.

What I love most about the Clone Wars. It’s not about the Jedi, it’s not even about the Sith. It’s a story about brother hood, sacrifice, and honor. The clones didn’t chose to be made, but even still they fought with everything they had. They followed their orders to the letter. And the part that got to me most, was the almost look of relief that was on Five’s face as he passed..knowing that he didn’t have to fear the nightmares any more, that he could finally be at peace. Gets me every time.
Clone wars movie it’s self was not to bad. Seeing the menace droids army. Fights against the clones . And obi vs acklay. But anyways Rex was and is the best! “ in my book experience out ranks everything”.

Clone Troopers fought, bled, and died trying to do the right thing, yet ended up as Storm Troopers, trying to figure out how they became the bad guys. There is something so sad and relatable about that.

I love the clones because it magnifies the nature vs nurture debate. They are disciplined and strong because of nurture but they all deviated from each other because of nature. Dogma is far different from fives. Each clone responded too the tragedies of war differently. They truly are human. Which is why i loved your reaction when you can hear heavy say "were just numbers 99, just numbers."

It just goes to show that the clones were the real victims of the Clone Wars; they were created to fight and die by the billions by the manipulation of one man. Over the years through the horrors of war, they gained their individuality and began to trust the Jedi, some even considering the Jedi to be their parents since they had no other family. At the end when Order 66 came, their individuality was taken from them, replaced by a programming that made them cold and ruthless, almost no different than the droids they had fought against for years. And then, a short while after the Clone War came to an end, the very man who manipulated them for years, had them betray and execute their Jedi commanders, fight and die for him, orders the immediate cease of production of clones. If only Jango Fett knew what would become of his legacy.
Life is cruel and war is tragic many good soldiers dies in battle and i wonder everyday is it still worth it to die in the battlefield in a war that isn't any different then other wars? it's will never be a happy ending in war for either sides! i just feel like war is waste of lifes, people could enjoy the time with their family and friends but instead they choose to go to war where there is big chance to die
And now just think HFP is going to make a new one someday with Season 7 footage.

Clone Wars had so many great, emotional moments. Rebels had a few but there was so much more to the Clone Wars than Rebels had to offer imo. Commander Cody, even though he didn’t get his chip removed. Maybe because of that, actually. Makes him really tragic to me.

Obviously this video, and the story of Domino Squad and the 501st on until they become Vader’s Fist is crazy, and incredible storytelling, but it really continues to illustrate the flaws of the Jedi. I mean, Anakin spent years, basically all of his adult life, fighting side by side with Rex and Fives, and still didn’t place complete trust in them. As much as the Jedi claim to see clones as individuals who must be valued, there is hardly ever a time when a true relationship is shown, outside of Rex sacrificing everything for Ashoka, and even then, technically she is a Grey Jedi by that point. It’s easy to explain away clones killing the Jedi because of the chips, even if they had tight bonds. (Such as Cody and Bly) but there is hardly ever a time the Jedi fully place trust in the clones. So even when the Great Sith Plan is being thrown in their faces, the Jedi in their arrogance claim it is impossible. Just as they did when Obi-Wan reported what Dooku told him on Geonosis which was LITERALLY the whole plan, including who Sidious was. I wish Luke’s Grey Jedi Order was still canon. I have my problems with the Sequel Trilogy, but I’m glad they show Luke and Yoda admit the mistakes of the Order, and encourage Rey to move forward Grey. In my opinion three of the greatest Jedi within the Star Wars universe, Luke, Ahsoka , and Qui-Gon are all grey Jedi, and are evidence of another path, a better path.
