Any tips on how to prevent the mascara, liner or darker shadows from transferring to the undereyes? Monolids typically get the raccoon eye within a couple hours...
im not sure how effective this is, but try putting it on like the part of your eye lashes that shows (the ends of them). since if i use mascara, the parts that of the mascara rubbing off are the parts of my eyelashes that rub onto my eyelid
idrk how much it would effect the volume, fullness or length of your lashes, but if you’re afraid of looking ridiculous (like me) it can’t hurt to just try it on a day you’re not going out
i find that getting makeup made by asian brands actually help. like all my most popular western mascra is wayyyy too heavy for my eye lashes where as if I get makeup from miniso it works really well despite it being much cheaper. so at the end of the day a win win lol it also helps that the makeup from miniso is water proof and smudge proof but not to the point where it is difficult to get off. i think they formulated specifically because asian eyes smudge makeup more easily. if you apply a lot of moisturizer to your eye, it will transfer more easily regardless so something like a primer or powder will help.

I put a little bit of translucent powder and a clear coat over my mascara. It helps delay the racoon eyes 😂 i have that issue too
