Hi..l heard a teaching YEARS ago (I'm an 82yr old Canadian grandma and live in southern Ontario Canada near the city of Kitchener)...this dear pastor said that he felt Adam wasn't doing his job as a husband, caring for his wife and not letting harm come to her. So, Adam was off communing with God did he already think of himself as "so entitled and so holy" that he left Eve alone? As man and wife we are to be in sync and not heading off in other directions. Doing our own thing can be destructive to a relationship. I do love that thinking as when problems come we must stick together. Anyway, I thought you might like this. You are a born Pastor teacher!!

We are not given any details as such, and going so far from what scripture plainly says is the trot of all contradicting teachings of hundreds of denominations. What we can certainly sees is that Eve was deceived, so why was it Adam’s sin? He was supposed to be the head before they fell, and he failed to take leadership. What would have happened if Adam and grabbed the apple, thrown it into the garden, and reminder her never to do it again? This is the first example of a man following his wife into ungodliness, and then being held accountable for it. This is where HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE leads to.

@jeffreybomba. My apologies. I meant my brothers would do the same to me. If I disobeyed our Father/papa:
And if the eldest saw: and watched that, I had disobeyed. I hope that he will take it out of my mouth/hand and throw it to the ground. The others would run fast to tell on me that I had picked something that I was told not to eat. I know Our Father would be angry with them since they are there to protect me all the while chewwwwing me out
and me begging them not to tell and to try it for themselves and see. ( anything not to be punished) Our father, knowing that he is the oldest- is responsible for me and the younger brother's. I am youngest and the only girl. Hmmm.
Just an interesting analogy. Thank you for your kindness.

God showed me this around 10 to 12 yrs ago and I felt the same I could not believe I missed this important teaching and message for years!! Everyone told me I was crazy.. I’ve shared it with my husband and a few others but a lot of people treat me like I’m nuts. So I stopped studying for along time and kinda fell away but God brought me back after unexplained strokes and a few other things and I cannot work but he gave me time to get close to him again. Anyway I’ve only heard a few teach on this and I usually just scroll past it and last night I woke up and could not sleep and I came across this and I prayed because I was like God what are you trying to show me here lol . So I finally gave in and then lo and behold I bought another concordance a few weeks ago just out of obeying him and I was up studying this again. Incredible!!! Then of course I was showing my husband it and he was in awe of the study as well… thank you for sharing truth!! Most people do not want to see this and put it together.. God bless you. ❤

2 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; 3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’
    Exodus 19:12-13
12 You shall set bounds for the people all around, saying, ‘Take heed to yourselves that you do not go up to the mountain or touch its base. Whoever touches the mountain shall surely be put to death. 13 Not a hand shall touch him, but he shall surely be stoned or shot with an arrow; whether man or beast, he shall not live.’ When the trumpet sounds long, they shall come near the mountain.”
Touch in Genesis 3:3 crosses with touch of Exodus 19:13. Interesting that touching the fruit was the first sin but eating it got the creadit.

Mortal sin is temporary. Immortal sin is eternal. To add to your reasoning bro!
As for the taking and guving aspect, basically this is how it works.
If someone sets something down or on offer and you take it, (even with permission,) you are open to possesion. 1❤ be careful when offered a think you must take and isnt given. Giving is placed in hand. When someone opens there hand and offers you to take it. be careful, This is not the same as giving.

God already knew what was going to happen before it happened but God wanted Adam and Eve to confess because after they ate of the fruit their eyes became open and they knew right from wrong but neither one wanted to take responsibility for their own actions instead they played the blame game.

My question is, why dont you study the word in original Hebrew/Greek? The old testament mainly has more insights in the story as words in the Hebrew expands into full lines rather than reading in english and being blocked from further interpretations..

Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.
2 He said: “In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought.
3 And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, ‘Grant me justice against my adversary.’
4 “For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, ‘Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think,
5 yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t eventually come and attack me!’ ”
6 And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unjust judge says.
7 And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?
8 I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?

Although it is not stated here in Genesis 12 that any prayer was offered, nevertheless when Abram later returns to another altar he built, the scriptures state that Abram “… called on the name of the Lord.” Genesis 4:26 says that in the days of Enos, “then began men to call on the name of the Lord”. So this writer believes it is safe to suggest that when altars were built in biblical times, and referred to in the Old Testament, before the building of the tabernacle, it is not simply sacrifices that were involved but quite definitely verbal invocations to heaven. What I am suggesting is that when Abram built an altar to the LORD who appeared to him, he also called on the name of the Lord. (Even later in the New Testament to “call upon the name of the Lord” signifies complying with God’s directions as to worship and obedience (Romans 10:13; Acts 9:4; 22:16). So also, Abram at Beersheba is said to have “called on the name of the Lord, the Everlasting God” (Gen. 21:33); and in view of his previous practice of altar building, it is reasonable to assume that it implies that also at Beersheba an altar was built and sacrifice offered.
We are trekking with Abram in order to discover how his life, his beliefs and his experience with God impacts Christians of all generations. Scripture tells us the promises made to Abram are available “to all those who believe…and walk in the steps of faith which our father Abraham had” (Romans 4 verses12-13). Abram’s “steps of faith” are very definitely connected with the four altars in his life. They are also obviously connected to the ten times God visibly appeared to him. But the choices and responses he made at these points of his life are helpful to join up the sequence of events that engendered a deeper devotion to God, a stricter obedience, and an awesome trust in God. Stuff like that cannot be gained by superficial cursory glances through scripture.
An altar is also a designated place to meet with God. It can be a place of worship, petition, thanksgiving, safety, or sacrifice to cite a few of its purposes. In this context, Abram built an altar, amongst other things, to give thanks for the promises the Lord had given to him. His heart must have been filled with awe and wonder because of the visitation and word he had just received. Being a stranger in the land, he had no idea of all that was involved in that divine, faith-stretching promise.
So where are we thus far? As far as we are informed from the text, God appeared to Abram and said “Go to a land I will show you”. He obeyed in faith. Having obeyed and unknowingly arrived at the land of God’s purpose, God now appears again and tells him that this is the land i.e. where he is standing at that moment. He also does not say anything about whether or not he (Abram) will have the land but his descendants will. Obedience first from Abram, then further revelation from God. He builds the altar that speaks also of communion and fellowship.
This was an amazing moment in Abram’s life. The steps I have just outlined are relevant to us also. If one obeys and lives out what one knows, God imparts more understanding. Abram made it his personal mission to find his destiny. Just look for it! “But I don’t know where to go!” someone cries. God says, “Go and just walk through life looking, and keep your focus on Christ”. Then one day God will stop you and say, “Here is the place”. It won’t necessarily be externally dramatic. But it will be one of the most important moments of your life. God takes us all step by step.
The stones, the building of the altar, the sacrifice of an animal by Abram, are physical. We worship in spirit and in truth. We don’t take stones to build an altar, but we need to stop and worship and give thanks when we experience moments of significance to our relationship with God. I am not talking of sentimentality about our history, neither am I talking about having an experience, and then spending the rest of our lives talking about it as if the experience was the “end all,be all”. In any relationship with God, no matter what you have seen, heard or experienced from His gracious hand - the best is yet to come. What you have now “in Christ” should be increasing. What you are now is not what you will be. Progress, transformation from one degree of glory to another is the norm. The only thing in the Christian life that will never change, is the need to change into more of the likeness of Christ. The path of the righteous gets brighter and brighter until the perfect day.
In Abram’s story, we have seen him find a land. God has told him that where he was stood at that moment was the land his descendants would receive from His gracious hand. Direction came to him step by step. “Line upon line, line upon line. Precept upon precept, precept upon precept”. That is how God teaches us His Word. That is also how God teaches us about the way we should go. The only caveat to be added to that statement is the “picture of the future” that God is willing to give if we only reach for it.
Under the terebinth tree of Moreh Abram had one of the most startling moments of his life. God had now appeared to him in human form twice. Perhaps when the theophany left, or even walked away like He did in Genesis 18, Abram chased off in the same direction looking for the city where He lived. Where does he go to pitch his tent in a whole territory that God has given him? What would you do in his place?

It's scary when you think about the punishment. It seems extremely harsh for eating a piece of fruit. Just imagine a child stealing a cookie out of the cookie jar and being punished and having their children cursed for all eternity. I'm putting this in perspective because stealing a cookie doesn't seem to be such a big deal when you compare that to the sins of society. It makes it difficult to believe God would forgive someone for some more serious sins.

I’ve been following along with your Genesis study and there are a couple things I noticed that I’ve missed before.
God tells Adam not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil for if he does he will surely die. That happened before Eve was created.
When was she told and by whom? It doesn’t say in the Bible. Also I noticed that when Eve was talking to the serpent, she added to even touch the fruit to the command not to eat of it.
Ultimately Adam wasn’t leading as commanded by God. Kinda feels like Adam was letting her control him. Just some observations I’ve made.

The Holy Spirit sounded like a cool breeze....
And they hid because they no longer qualify for God's definition of "good" - because they have chosen their own definition of good and evil now - and there is a consequence of not being in "God's definition of good", and we're rightly afraid.
Their putting on fig trees was their own version of "good", and is the outward sign of them going with their own Definition of good...
And God, presumably generously, gave them skins later

Also, neither Adam nor Eve were blame shifting; they were simply describing the situation.

Yes, God created Adam, (man) first. Thats why he holds men to a higher standard. It was Adam's place to protect Eve from the serpent. He failed, so, therefore when the serpent takes the man out the way, the family is destroyed. 😢 That's why God asked Adam first, but God already knew. 🙏

Somethings you may already be onto are:
1)The first sin is vanity and pride.(committed by the serpent)
2)The first human sin is doubting God, not appreciating reality, doubting we need God.
    3) The second human sin is believing another creature over believing the creator, worshiping of a false god.
4)That reason that there is evil in the world is that Adam and Eve desired to know both "good and evil.
5)God answered their desire, with the promised consequences forever changing humanity.
    5) That to know something such as "good and evil" isn't accomplished 2nd hand but by experiencing it for yourself
6)That you must die to be reborn.
God allowed us a lesson we asked for, the deaths necessary to pay for that lesson. While maintaining the freewill required by true love.

I think that inorder to understand G.3 we have to take in account the Divine Essence and Energies distinction. The former, as commented by the Christian Orthodox Church father Saint Maximos the Confessor, is SIMPLE UNITY: That becomes toxic for creation and dissolves all relationships and turns them into contradictions (the archetype of contradiction is Good and Evil). The Snake is the Spirit of Equity (the ground) that caused its fall.

Outstanding observations and analogies! Yes, there are many parallels to the life of the Messiah found in the events of Eden.
Concerning nakedness, this was a concept unknown to Adam and Eve before partaking of the forbidden fruit Genesis 2:25; no one told them they were naked. The question is merely rhetorical; the discovery of nakedness was the result of self-realization and enlightenment, which elevated their human minds further in advancement above the animal kingdom; and the resulting fear or shame exposed the condition of their heart, an awakening to conscientiousness. In other words, they began listening to their Conscience for the first time.
Additionally, the cool or wind of the day may be a reference to the approaching hours of the evening time. That God was in a whirlwind or tornado in Eden is out of character ( See 1st Kings 19:8-13 )

What people seem to repeatedly miss is that God didn’t punish them for attaining godly wisdom. That tree gave them death. The only thing stating that the tree would give wisdom like god, that information comes from the Devil. How do people not understand that. Yes, the desire for it is sinful, but it’s not that having God’s wisdom was punished..people make this out as if God was vengeful and wanted to keep the wisdom for himself. It’s fascinating to me how this is not so clear.

There was no wisdom in the tree, the only thing it gave them was the knowledge of evil, it stripped them of their innocence. Yes, God knows about evil, but because He is God, He can handle it, mankind can't.
And there wasn't anything inherently in the fruit that gave them the knowledge of evil, it was the act. God had to create the tree to give them a choice, to follow Him or not. Without anything to disobey God, they were in a sense slaves. Also, neither asked to be created or given life. So it was also the choice to reject the gift of life.
It essentially was the door out, or away from God. Since God IS Good, to step outside of Him, is to enter the world of evil. So that's all the fruit was, a choice.

I just seen one of ur teachings, im 63 yrs old and been in the bible through my whole life. I am not knockink u, we have to be aware when a brother is teaching wrong, u mentioned that the bible doesn't mention that GOD did not say to Eve she should not eat of the fruit from the tree of like. And she (might have made it up) God did tell Adam in genesis 2:15 -17. So i believe Adam told eve she cant eat of it. I believe Adam knew he had a good thing in this creature called Woman, and I believe he wanted to keep her safe the best that he could, so he told her "don't even touch it" just to be safe. Its common for people to touch what they are to eat, before they eat. This shows that both Adam and Eve weren't naive. A case that could be made about the judgement placed upon them. That they didn't know any better, and mistakenly ate of the fruit. Adam and Eve had already learned a defense mechanism to prevent it from ever happening. A serpent speaking to us today must have been just as startling back then. When everyone you know speaks the truth, then why would a serpent that speaks decieve us.

For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.
5“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing. 6Anyone who does not remain in me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers. Such branches are gathered into a pile to be burned. 7But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! 8When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. 7 The LORD appeared to Abram and said, ``To your descendants I will give this land." So he built an altar there to the LORD who had appeared to him.

The Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector
9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable:
10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.
11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people-robbers, evildoers, adulterers-or even like this tax collector.
12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’
13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’
14 “I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

You're learning, it is good to look carefully at what is really taking place in the beginning, so many walk right past important things that are there. You are on a few tangents that do not help in the long run, i have made simaler mistakes in the past. The key 🗝️ issue here is: obedience! The idea that that Adam was playing the blame game or passing the buck on to Eve in his answer to God is wrong. God asks him a question and Adam, even after eating of the fruit of this tree, did not lie to God, he spoke the truth, told it up front, here is what took place. This response is important. Glad to see that you have noticed that things are a bit different for all three whom God addresses in this situation. To Eve, a bit more direct, there is no denying it or running, no lies, she too speaks the truth, and tells God exactly what happened, and who did what. To Lucifer, God speaks with authority, he DOES NOT accuse; he speaks the truth, YOU did this, there is no hiding from that. It is very clear that without his interference this would not have taken place. However, on the subject of things that so many miss when looking into this 😮 here's a few: Lucifer is created as an adult, knowing God, without sin, so are Adam & Eve, this "on par" aspect does have some significance. If Lucifer was willing to accept that God made them like himself, it would have shown submission, he would have humbled himself to what God had done. This is important because God had given mankind dominion over the whole earth 🌎 and everything on it, the book of Genesis does also mention that Lucifer was also "upon" the earth in those days, so he is beneath and within that. Mankind is without sin, there is potential for redemption in that. Lucifer refuses to humble himself, and he says no, by spreading his rebellion into mankind. So God had put decision making capacity within mankind, and Lucifer being intelligent knows this, it's the 1st thing he goes after, that and obedience. One point you brought out, and i like it, is how Eve makes a statement about what God has said, and she is the first in the account to make it known. Well done! The name Adam means, mankind, more completely, ALL of mankind. With the Creation of Eve, she is a part of mankind, without sin, and as Moses has recorded, speaks freely with authority. The same as Adam saying, "this is flesh of my flesh, bone of my bone, she shall be called woman because she was taken out of man, because of this, a man shall leave his father and mother and connect with his wife, and the two shall become one flesh." ADAM said that, before the fall, he is without sin, and his words shall be considered as authoritative. In their children, two parents do become one flesh. Sure, but that same authoritative aspect being presented by Moses in Eve, i had missed that before. Interesting 🤔. Lucifer refused to humble himself to adults created much simaler to him, now it comes later, but he would have to humble himself to children conceived in the womb, who do not even know a language, with much learning to do, the more he refuses, the lower he must humble himself to find redemption. Isaiah wrote, of the Messiah to come, "he will eat butter and honey until he is old enough to know the difference between good and evil." Im thankful for your video.

Hey whats up really good assessment of this scripture, however I really don't see how there could be a wind-storm. The expression "Cool of the Day, or Wind of the day doesn't suggest a wind storm, But rather a certain time in the evening period after the labour of the day, about 6:00pm God would come to visit Adam. Note (The evening and the morning was the first day, etc.) The new day really starts in the evening at 6:00pm accounting to ancient Jewish customs, not at mid-night as we have it today in this modern age. Furthermore the Earth in Adam's days was just recently created, everything in nature was in perfect balance and harmony with each other. There was not even any rain until the flood. A careful reading of the scripture shows that the ecological changes took place after God judge Adam and Eve and the Serpent. Verse 18 "Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; The conditions change after not before.
