I am a big fan of Rohit, he has been a terrific player in white ball cricket and in the last couple of years has done really well in test after moving to the opener position, but he grossly underachieved early on in his test career. You can't compare him to Inzi in test cricket, i am sorry and that is norlt because I am from Pakistan. You look at Inzi stats in test cricket there is no comparison. He was the second Pakistani batsman who never seemed hurried at the batting crease and had plenty of time to play pace bowling just like Miandad. At various stages of his career in his prime he was compared very favorably to Sachin and Dravid in great batsman of the sub continent. Your Viru has stated on countless occasions on how Inzi was up there with Sachin and Dravid
@@zafarhussain4848 brother im also from Pakistan and its not just the batting which makes Rohit better but his fielding and contribution to the team is also way ahead of inzamam who put every batter in risk of silly runouts and his fielding was even worse. I know in punjab they put hatred towards hindus in schools but here in Sindh this is not the case so we call an spade a spade without hesitation

But, Inzi played in an era of 1991-2007, when pitches were used to be bowling friendly, and even a total of 150 was hard to chase some times. Plus, he used to bat in the middle order, when scoring was even tougher, due to one ball per innings. You are probably blind or born post 2015, when pitches became batting friendly

Bhai, me and my most of the friends love inji bhai( Injamam-ul-haq) as a cricketer as a human being. But he itself degraded his image. You can be critical on skills on bad performance of Indian team but making baseless allegations is something unforgivable even in islam. it's always good to have healthy competition between two teams. Bus ab yahi lagta hai aur Kitna giregi ye Pakistani Media and also some former players. We are the generation of Washim akaram, wakar yunus, Abdul rajjak, shoeb akhtar, inji, sachin , dravid, saurabh, laxman,etc who were not just in field but also out of the field a role model. But now inji bhai is out of this respected league.

Poor captaincy by Rohit. Never brought bumrah in the middle of the match. Till the last moment, he gave the ball to spinners. We were lucky to win this match .
From bringing spinners early on, and got clobbered properly from 5th to 12th over, Rohit was just watching the match as a spectator, and not as a skipper. He allowed this mayhem to happen till 15th over, only to surrender to the fate. Very bizzare captaincy.
In my opinion, he should have given 1 over to bumrah in 10th over or 11th over. He would have taken a wicket or 2. How couldn't he read the game ? When spinners were being trashed properly, he just stood like a fool to give one more over to another spinner only to find the ball getting smacked. This saga went on till the 12th over. He brought arshdeep back to get the wicket of Quinton De Kock. Once again Rohit made a blunder, again he started giving the ball to spinners to once again kill the spirit of Indians. Very very foolish captaincy.

Everybody uses his hukam ka ikka at the end and rohit was doing the same but when the match started slipping away after aksar got 22 runs at that time he brought bumrah but i think instead of giving the over to aksar it should have been given to bumrah as all the spinners before aksar already got clobbered
