I'm doing Wind Rager, but kinda ... I guess making my own version? I don't know. I have only done like a Mythic regular, or maybe a +1 at this point... and I still just do horrible damage. Maybe I'll get it.
Its alright, i want to remake it in the future for sure, i missed quite a few things, and my production quality has definitely gone up. So in future (maybe season 10) i can do another one

Mainly draft pick. Making a build on free pick is.... free, you can pick whatever you want and change it, so theres not much of a point in making a guide for that
Just feed back: Either just say "Increased Nature resistance" then you can take the racial, or stick to "Nature Resistance Aura" and actually show Aspect of the Wilds. Calling it "natures" instead of schools (which is also in the chart you show) is confusing with the Nature school.
Love the vids. Is there a good resource for how ascension pvp differentiates from original wrath pvp? Im mostly curious about abilities that have broken / incorrectly applied pvp modifiers. I just think its silly that an instant cast abilitt can do 3k damage from 30 yards away
I believe most things are custom considering pvp power and main stat scalings are custom as well. But if theres an interest i can make a video on some abilities that seems to have a broken scaling at different levels etc
From what I've seen and experienced of the pvp it is heavily unbalanced and favors one shot builds. Ive had several times when I've been hit with around 6-7 different attacks from one player in the span of a global cd. 100-0 in an instant. I say this not to bash, just sharing my experiences I've had. The server is quite fun, but it has problems when it comes to pvp
@@Odinsson2011 yea thats pretty true. Some dot builds can work (especially in arena when humping pillar), but a lot of times the builds revolve around dumb ability scaling or oneshot gimmicks
@@Sneptics_Officialnks for your honesty. Others often times when such things are mentioned simply deny it and follow up with "git gud". It's not a git gud issue, it's a get geared and stack enchants issue lol 😂. Can't do anything when you just get deleted before you have a chance to do anything. Good hunting to you
How is the crit chance of a chaos spell determined? Does it roll seperately the highest one or use the crit chance for the school with the highest modifier?
Chaos is obviously made up of all the schools of magic, so it can be tricky. But crit is rolled based on the highest crit % you have. So if you have bonus 12% fire crit from critical mass it would take that into account. Say you have: 20% crit 32% fire crit Then it would roll for a crit on the 32% fire
@@Sneptics_Official Aight so it could first roll of 30% frost dmg modifier and then 32% fire crit for instance if frost crit lower than fire. In the end 30% buffed fire damage with a 32% crit chance?
In theory yes, thats how it would work. I havent personally tested it, but it could be done with a low crit% baseline and then stacking 12% fire crit then testing crit chance over a long duration on a dummy But its hard to know for sure as i cant check how the game is coded behind the scenes, especially considering ascension has custom rules for stats and such

Most meta builds are made by using abilities with high base scaling, or abilities with lots of talents to scale it. Or preferably both. Season 9 is straight up worst season there was of Asuncion on terms of builds. Just to place an example I played 8 times as prestige and 8 times tryed to make hunter build possible and out of 8 times not once I got build that was playable. You constantly get spells that make no sense for your build and they told there are multiple systems of bad protection.i enjoy pvp and in season 9 it's dead at least it was dead for me since you relay on way to much rng to get 1 spell out of 1500 new spells. Out of 1500 new spells maybe 100 are viable. Let's say hunter example since I experienced it spells like: auto shoot,arcane shoot,steady shoot,multi shoot,scorpid Sting,aspect of hawk, some of them they are all core hunter abilities and they are all useless. In high lvls or close to 60 while still living you get around 3k HP and all shots above are dealing 40-70 dmg per shot. You are basically better straight up taking melee weapons and basic attacking for 100-120 dmg per swing. They made build revolve around 1 spell that you need to be lucky to roll out of 1500. Not fun. I'm tired of typing this on phone so I'm gonna cut it here . My point worst season there was for Asuncion wow
hmm i totally understand your concern, and while some classes are more popular than others you happened to pick the single worst class in the game atm. I would look up build guides on youtube for advice, or check my discord or velvet's list of viable builds and play one of those. it wont save you from the RNG aspect tho, that still remains. Alternatively you can try out Conquest of Azeroth. It has 0 RNG, and pvp is actually decently balanced (And fun, in my opinion). @@Sneptics_Official I was thinking that to maybe hunter build I made caster idea was let's go frost got frostbolt lvl 15 my frostbolt is doing 8 dmg... Ppl have 800 HP my frostbolt deals 8 HP haha speechless
