My personal favorite scene as well. Visual story-telling with minimal dialogue. Simply perfect. It's unfortunate many are distracted by how stylish and gorgeous the visuals are, they glossed over the excellence in story-telling and physical "acting" of the characters.
I never liked mobas or played league, but I had to watch after seeing the praise from you and, well...everyone. Finally got around to watching it all so I could come and watch your video. Its nice to have this, stranger things, and the boys recently after so many garbage tv shows and movies that have been coming out.
This is the best scene for me as well. I started playing LoL since Ekko's release and immediately fell in love with this champion because I'm into time travelling stuff. Seeing forshadowing his ability to travel through time by also visually expressing his thinking process of how to dodge Jinx's bullets (somewhat like Holmes did in Guy Ritchie's movie) and in the end rewinding time after unsuccesfull ending.. I've got goosebumps once I heard music playing in the background, getting ready to see something really cool. That is a great video and I really wish you could get a lot more attention. Overall, I like your style. There are not so many content creators who can admit what they like and what they didn't like. Mostly it is only one-sided. Also, it trully feels that you put a lot of affort in this content, so thank you for that.

I know, I was joking back. To be serious, you are correct I stopped paying very much attention after how ridiculously bad it was for so long. I said as much in the video and provided examples of how bad it was. That is why I was shocked. Is there something confusing about that? Is there some exemplary story you suggest I read, something that is at all close to the quality of Arcane? Or do you believe that Arcane is par for the course in league lore quality?
@@PlaysTheThing Well, you could take a look at the comics for example the Lux comic. You could also read some short stories, like "Finishing Soates" a story featuring one of if not the coolest character lore wise Kindred, or maybe "In Battle, Broken" about another pretty cool character, Pantheon. Although for most of that you kind of require a little bit of lore knowledge about Runeterra, so I highly reccommend checking out Necrit, Runeterra's certified lore expert. He has done videos on pretty much anything lore related on his channel.
There's probably a balance to strike. I have actually no idea what the overwatch lore is so they certainly didn't make it interesting enough to draw me in.
After I finish my upcoming video I will give it a shot and see what I have to say about it. I was not particularly interested though after seeing the general sentiment. I've also been a bit busy lately playing Elden Ring.
