Nearly 6 years after the release of my original Top 10 Least Favorite Epic Minigames video, my EM critiquing saga reaches its end with the video of what I think are the 10 (plus some dishonorable mentions) worst minigames of the entire selection, both old and new.
Man, this took so much longer to make than I would've liked. With the way most of my ranking and review videos are made these days, combined with the number of replays I saved during production, compiling everything the way I wanted burned through my mental health so hard.
Thankfully, the next videos coming up that aren't my Hardest FE2 Maps should be much smoother sailing with the way they're created. Still, halfway through the year and this is only my third upload. That just goes to show what I'm going through these next few years. Anyway, it's finally here so I hope you enjoy it and don't get too salty from a couple of my picks.

Original King of Hill was so unbearable that I had to resort to cheating via using the Moonwalk potion so you wouldn’t be get KNOCKBACKED AT ALL FOR FIVE WHOLE SECONDS, at most you’d get flung vertically. the Moonwalk potion had so little cooldown that most of time you would be at the top of the hill the whole time. The moonwalk potion was THAT broken…
Now I wish I had a time machine to get the potion during this version of KOTH

The best part about Undead Aboard is when you stack a bunch of pirates and lead them to people. Its a little bit of fun tomfoolery.
Oh my god number 1 was so so bad at its first release, like it took me so long to get a single win in it

My top 10 worst epic mini games:
10: Blow dryer battle: the hit box is way to big
9: Cloud Control: if you fall, you can’t play
8: Hedge way out: if you get trap for too long, then you won’t have a chance to win
7: Clear Side: the mechanics look stupid, sometimes the balls go everywhere
6: Freeze Affriy: if you froze someone, you can camp
5: King of the Hill: these hammers knocked you out so hard
4: Easter Ice thaw: this is about too much luck
3: Big Bomb Boom: there’s a chance that you will get the fake, or real
2: Manic Mining: this is luck base, they might steal your emerald if you see it, at least there’s 3 winners (8 for large servers)
1: Four Corners: this is 100% luck mini game, 1/4 chances to win
each cloud ball's hitbox the blow dryer throws is like x3 the size of the cloud ball

I agree on most of your list, but actually the number 4 surprised me since when I played the old version I like it since I used my brain to think what presents I should collect to avoid people pushing me. And when people pushed me, I usually win the gift. Tho I can understand your opinion and I totally agree the new version is amazing. Anyway, excellent video :D
P.D.: On cake delivery you have a bit of time to walk until you get the cake so you can memorize almost all the map so it isn't that bad.

I remember that one time playing bombastic bash where our team won with 70+ points to THREE.
it wasnt even with unfair matchmaking
Here’s why I like/don’t like each minigame on this list
Clear side: it’s boring
Blow dryer battle: i like the chaos
Downhill roll: i like the map design
Cube factory: this used to be my least favorite minigame until the markers were introduced
Cloud control: i like the music
Undead aboard: it’s fine but doesn’t have much depth to it.
Collection contention: this was my least favorite minigame along with king of the hill until its update
Hedge way out: it’s also fine
Luck minigames: cake delivery and crystal clear are fine. Manic mining is one of my least favorite minigames, big bomb boom is just plain horrible, and four corners has boring gameplay.
Edit I forgot the dishonorable mentions so here they are
Turntable scurry: it’s fine
Hugh pressure: it’s way to easy
Bombastic bash: it’s like a 9-5 job
Freeze array: I already don’t like freeze tag and this helps
King of the hill: worst minigame in this game.
Easter ice thaw: ok this would be the worst minigame if it was still in the game. If it was still here even king of the hill would be dethroned by this hellhole.
Edit 2: when I say this helps, I mean it makes me like freeze tag more

I haven't played epic minigames in a few years. Just the fact they fixed cloud control is amazing, let alone collection compemption and king of the hill.

@@Zlegotube nice. my issue with it is that it's super campy since you don't gain any boosts from killing people and even then it's just a worse version of backstreet brawl (which was originally the exact same minigame but the swords were invisible to symbolise using fists)

I feel like luck Minigames don’t work in Epic Minigames because you are playing just the minigames. It’s not like Mario Party with boards.

Yippee Baneworth video
One of the minigame that i'd put in the dishonorable section is Slippery Sledding. The map is pretty bland, the timer is strict and the music is okay. However, the worst part about this minigame is the collision with other players. When you get hit, you get flung out of your sled and basically lost the game due to the strict timer. Why did the devs decide to implement this is baffling to me as it only create frustration to the unlucky victim of the hitbox. Just remove the collision and this can become a decent racing minigame, it's so simple!

I actually cried when I finally won Easter Ice Thaw because my cousin paid to have the game appear and the ice block randomly flew into my zone at the last second thanks to roblox physics. Never again.

now its just with parties and more stuff and its just lost its fun and i cant really explain why

There is another minigame that sure is annoying and you cant prove me wrong, orb snatcher.
This minigame is so awful to play as a controller man the physics suck and is super hard to snatch at least one player.

Having not watched baneworth, I fully expected to hate this analysis given how cynical it is, but I actually agree wholeheartedly with everything said here, except Balcony Bolt. Least favorite game of all time.i have a win for literally everything else, and this game has cucked me from the last achievement I need 😑
