tyreek's best times in the 60m was 6.64 in 2014 he did a race in 2023 and did a 6.7, noah lyles ran a 6.43 in the 60m at the usatf this year. there is no shot tyreek wins this

I feel bad for Brock Purdy. Both his detractors and supporters are far too zealous. He's in the center of this tug of war between people who are certain he's going to fail and people who think he's the next great Niners QB. Can't you just let the kid play, and see what happens?
I'm a Seattle fan and can't stand it when the 49ers win, but I also recognize Brock Purdy is a damn good QB and perfect for SF. You don't get to the NFC Championship game twice and almost win a superbowl if you're a bum.

While every band has stolen from everyone else, no one stole more than Led Zeppelin. The Beatles were a creative force that started off as a teenage girls band to the most sophisticated thing out there. They set the bar. As for an actual rock'n'roll band, Ladies and gentlemen The Rolling Stones.
Why would lyles agree to less than half a race though? Tyreek came at him first and he should have e to go run a 100 or 200m race.
Tyreek is fast for the NFL. I think people are lost on just how much different track is to NFL
DK lost to a bunch of guys that didn't even make the Olympic trials, let alone make it to the Olympics, and DK didn't beat them at the start. Tyreek isn't 10x faster than DK. And Lyles is the best sprinter, on Earth, currently.
Its literally someone saying "well I was good in high school" versus a pro. I think if Tyreek, after high school, said "I'm running track and focusing on that only", he could have developed Olympic speed. But he didn't, and he made bank in the NFL. Lyles will make some money on sponsorships but he'll never get that bag Tyreek got (most Olympians aren't even millionaires).

Not only was Brock Purdy playing against a good Saints starting defense with only backups, he also has not practiced with said backups during training camp (because he takes the first team reps). Also, Kyle Shanahan wasn't calling the plays.

Beatles were a rock band. People always focus on the early Beatles (1960-1965). Post 1965, the Beatles were a rock band, a pop band and generational icons and everything in between. Led Zeppelin were a hard rock band. Everything taken into consideration (quality, longevity, cultural impact, etc.) Beatles are the “best” rock band of all time. No real debate here. Only the stones and their longevity could be argued to truly compete. For the record, it’s all pop music.

Best lead vocalist. Best bassist/support player, best guitar player, top 3 drummer. Extensive, timeless catalog. Set world attendance records in their time. Greatest rock song ever. Led Zeppelin is 2nd to none. Period. The Beatles are their own thing.
I prefer the Who. You can also say the same thing about the Eagles, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, .... With that said, I, too, love Zepplin, but best ever; how about ONE of the best ever. Just saw Jason Bonham Friday night with Sammy. Timeless, yes, one of the best ever, absolutely, THE best, that is a taste thing. No measurables. For every Black Dog, I can go through Acid Queen or Pinball Wizard.

Never let Brockman persuade you into something you're uncertain of-Rolling Stones was indeed the correct answer. Hey, even those in their thirties are aware of that. Add Pink Floyd as the best even.
I point out that the '83 draft. Marino was the last QB taken. Elway, Blackledge, Kelly, Eason, O'Brian and Marino. It has more to do with the system than the QB. Brock Purdy starts for only the Niners; he does not start over Mahomes, Hurts, or Allen. Purdy succeeds because of the team and the philosophy. It may be that Denver is the system that works with Nix. It has much less to do with the man than it does with the system. But then again, Blackledge, Eason, and O'Brian. Clearly, none of them found a system that worked.
Purdy “succeeds” because he’s surrounded by pro bowlers. And when I say succeed I mean in the regular season, against bad teams, when it’s not raining.
Purdy is better than Hurts, Lamar, or Allen. Get a clue. He's not a system QB, he's a damn good QB who would make any team better.

Why is it hard to believe that Nix could take the broncos to the play offs in his rookie season? The last player taken in the entire draft took his team to the play offs in his rookie season. Last year the second QB selected took the TEXANS to the play offs.

The Noah Lyles/Tyreek Hill debate is so delusional. One is a fast football player, the other is arguably the fastest person alive. Lyles would smoke him. And his comments about world champions is correct! I know it hurts the ego of fans of American sports leagues, but quite literally, he is facing athletes from around the world representing the USA.
