One thing that always bothered me about this scene is how the Orks attempt to run when they see the Chaos demons. That does not seem like an Ork thing to do!
Nah, see, those orks wasn't retreating. The was just repositioning themselves to start the scrap again. Winning a scrap is the orkiest thing you can do, so sometimes orks gotta use their heads to come up with brainy ways to win. Except that one git who got stabbed through the head. He looked pretty scrawny. He was probably a gobbo in disguise. You know how tricksy they can be. Either he was a dressed up gobbo or a scrawny ork. Either way he was a git and got proper crumped. What was we talkin about?
Orks do retreat. Their creed is "brutal cunning" and "cunning brutality". Sometimes you have to live to fight another day. There is no fun in a hopeless battle. Obviously, that does vary a bit. Some warbands are more tactical than others, some rely more on witchcraft, some rely more on mechs and so on.
Grimskull is my favorite ork warboss depiction. So freaking awesome and surprisingly had depth with his quiter moments like "I aint so easy to kill." Just gives you a sense of history to his character that I would have loved to see.
for people who dont understand why some orks run away from daemon, its because they are bloodaxe, the bloodaxe are the clan based on tactic, the portal came from nowhere and they werent really ready for that fight so they wanted tactical withdrawal and then run back to the fight with massive group or with better dakka/knives. exept big boss, which want pick all the good fight an enemy ccan provide to him. The ork clan who always charge without caring at anything are Goff or snakebite
We don't know that they are blood axe orks, it can be assumed that they are due to their action of running away, but I think this is more of a old lore type deal were orks ran away alot more
My favorite part is how, after the cutscene, you're just standing right where you were when the cutscene started and just walk away normal. It makes good enough sense in the story; you walked up, some stuff happened, you were lucky enough to be able to walk away and continue your mission, but from a game design perspective, you can clearly see where gameplay begins and ends and how they made it work in between. It's like when a magic trick becomes interesting once you start to recognize how the magician is doing it.
Well wouldn't necessarily say save them as in allies. A rivalry like when Stuewy shot that new reporter who was going to off louise in Family Guy. " if anyone is gonna take that b1tch down, it's gonna be me. "
Grimskull: *casually takes out some chaos demons, manages to get back up, mocks the chaos demons about how he isnt easy to kill, drags their leader down with him, refuses to elaborate*
Orkz are always up to mosh some spiky gitz, to the point they even let some hummies join in if they are properly orky enough. Nemeroth today, Angron tomorrow! We remember Ol'Baleeye after all...
@@Eradicator-jv9xr Per the devs on twitter, no he's not a blank. A blank too low level to detect wouldn't confer significant resistance anyways. Per the devs, the line "that no evil could ever overcome a devotion such as yours" is the best hint we have. The developers may be trying to imply that he has a bit of a blessing from the Emperor like a low level sort of Saint, or not.

Orks do retreat when it's a slaughter for them. They only fight if they can have fun, and getting culled is not.

Say what you will about them, but Grimskull was badass in this scene. A right propa warboss.
He aint so easy to kill
A rait propa bri-ish waghboss
He is brutal but kunnin'
All warbosses are propa or dead

Bruh Think Orks Save The Space Marine, But Reality Orks Just Have More Fun with Chaos.

I think it was more the fact it was a one-sided fight they weren't ready for. Not a proppa scrap.
That orc earned my damn respect

save is a stretch. more like charged at the first target and go for the next one
Orkz not save puny humies! Orkz have LOTS moar fun fite'n' CHAOS!

👁️👄👁️
Famy guy
I mean, Titus seemed to be in a bit of a spot before Grimskull somehow returned
Oi you chaos beakie, that human is mine to kill, WAAAAAGGGHH!
Grimskull: *casually takes out some chaos demons, manages to get back up, mocks the chaos demons about how he isnt easy to kill, drags their leader down with him, refuses to elaborate*
Orks save the Ultramarines? Some hellish Oddboy specialising in propaganda has clearly been spawned.
The best thing
It actually works better than any Human,Eldar,Tau or Chaos propaganda
This game hit the Grimdark better in my opinion
Да, новая часть больше похожа на обычный слешер или космические приключения, но не на грим дарк
None of them can compare to Death of Hope in grimdark.
@@rawbird5341Death of Hope is the best!
@@rawbird5341I’m talking between Space Marine and Space Marine II the first one hit the Grimdarkness much better
@@unclesam5230it’s because it’s pre era indomitus and fall of cadia lore, you know, the ACTUAL 40k not that primaris nu-40k garbage.
Man who the fuck voiced the big ass ork, eddie hall? Bro needs some more bass in his voice
sounds fine to me, but im used to greenskin voices thanks to the british accent they usually have.
"WAAAGH!!! LETS STOMP THIS ONE BOYS"
Would anyone else have loved to see GrimSkull actually fight after he goes over the rails both times xD

We remember Ol'Baleeye after all...
well, he did technically saved them
Wonderful quality.
indeed
And that is how you introduce chaos to a game
The Orks get a bad rap, don’t get me wrong in fantasy I hate them but 40k they are the bros
Ork no save buckethead. Ork killjack stoopid marine
Oh god!! I love the orc voices.... Spice Marines!!!!!! Hahahaha...
Grimskull's "Waagh" cry should of been the same tone of Warboss Gorgutz.
jut came to say FuuuuUUUUUCK LEANDROS
Such an underrated game.
Grimskull:For the emperor!
Is it possible Titus is a low level Blank
I don't think, if your blank, your blank, the chapter would have see this when he was take as a children. No he is just resistant
