Hi Anthony, Roco are my favorite brand of Loco, thanks for showing their 2025 latest cataloque. The Steam Locos are superb, highly detailed and a good range to choose from. All the best, Paul.👍👍🙏
Yes, Roco definitely had some cool steamers. Their 01 interests me. I will have to see its price compared to the Märklin 01 and the 03. Take care of yourself, and a great video on your channel today, too!
@@ModelTrainOutsider Hi Anthony, I am waiting for parts to come from Germany so I can rebuild a Piko 03 thats in pieces. I would like a Roco 01 or 03 but too pricey. Cheers, Paul.👍👍🙏

Thanks for the info. I do avoid "Warsaw Pact era" trains and all three companies are putting out a lot of Eastern Bloc stock this year. Very odd that I buy an older 103, and both Roco and Märklin have released 103s, and now a special Rheingold set... with 10 coaches.

Hi Anthony, hope you and Joyce are doing ok? Really enjoyed watching the class 170 diesel locomotive looks a very interesting locomotive with the deep window frames. Best part for me is when you run through all the freight wagons I must have played it back three or four times to check what I’ve missed 😂 All the best to you and yours Andy
Hello, Andy. I did go through the freight fast, as I saw I was already over 30 minutes, and wanted to keep it short. I figure folks could pause and look. I will say, I saw more freight items that interested me than ever before. YIKES! Cheers!
Hello Anthony! Great review of the new items!! The ICE3neo Velaro D is definitely a must have for me, but it is a bit of a price shocker @ just over 1000Euro😱 for both sets...and I have to disagree with one of your statements: you don't have enough trains...if you think you got too many trains, the issue is usually that the layout is too small🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hi, Dirk! Yes, sadly, I expected the kit to be over $1000 when added together. Roco is getting pretty pricey with their deluxe sets (the Nightjet, and their highspeed collection from 2023). I may settle for the RegioJet instead, but I will see if I can swing the NEO. May be tight, though. I have too many trains, thanks to Herb's collection, but I will still add more as I can afford them. lol
Hello ANTHONY I thought Roco did a great job with their catalogue. A few things that appealed to me were the Roco crane and a big wow to the blue vectron and matching car transporter wagons.
I might look at the Regiojet. I am VERY interest in the ICE3Neo. The class 01 and some freight also appealed to me. This was the most interesting of the Big 3 catalogs for me.
Hi, DIrk. Obviously, everybody responds differently. Roco had 3 or 4 really appealing bits to me, and even some freight! The RegioJet and ICE3Neo both appeal to me heavily.
Sorry to hear Roco disappointed. Piko did not show anything, so hard to tell. I had more response to Roco, but I prefer Märklin. Schade, dass Roco hat Sie enttäuscht. Piko hat nichts echt gezeigt, so mann kann Nichts Gute oder Schlect dazu sagen. Mehr von Roco hat mich interessiert, aber ich ziehe Märklin vor.
Thanks. My wish list has just grown. Got some cool stuff coming out.
You and me both!
Another very cool and interesting video. Enjoyed watching once again and have a wonderful rest of your evening. Steve
Thanks, Steve, very kind of you to say. I have always loved catalogs, whether I was buying or not... toys, cars, model trains, etc. Take care!
@@ModelTrainOutsider Your very welcome and that's very cool indeed.
Brilliant video Anthony
Thank you, Mels!
Very nice catalogue. Thanks for sharing.
Hi, Eric! Hope you are surviving the cold and storms down there! Thanks for watching!
@ doing well, as I only leave when I have dialysis or shopping to do.
BR 10 in red is stunning I am very happy with Roco one of my top 5 makes
Yes, I am digging that one quite a lot. Not ready to pre-order, but digging it!
Great vlog thanks for the great vlo
Glad you enjoyed it

I was drawn a bit to the K.W.St.E. 31 and matching coaches, as well as the red 10 001, as for steamers.

Roco Has a nice Catalogue . Well done Anthony
It was my favorite of the Big 3, more tempting than any of the others. Prices will be off-putting though.
Nice looking engines
Yes, I think so, too!
Beautiful equipment. I like the Czech locomotives.
Quite a lot of Czech and Hungarian stuff. Nice looking bits!

A few things that appealed to me were the Roco crane and a big wow to the blue vectron and matching car transporter wagons.
Hiya, DEANO! Yes, I was amazed at how many freight wagons appealed to me. We will see what comes of it all! Roco is getting expensive.
Ice 3neo is on my list. Regiojet is another. I often caught this service to Budapest.
I might look at the Regiojet. I am VERY interest in the ICE3Neo. The class 01 and some freight also appealed to me. This was the most interesting of the Big 3 catalogs for me.
Interesting catalouge. I must say though the Marklin/Trix catalouge is my favourite of the 3. I hope I can swing that Swiss Express.
Hi, DIrk. Obviously, everybody responds differently. Roco had 3 or 4 really appealing bits to me, and even some freight! The RegioJet and ICE3Neo both appeal to me heavily.
@@ModelTrainOutsider Yes indeed. Are there any significant visual differences between the ICE3 NEO and the ICE 4?
A few of the steamers appealed because they looked so much like UK steam. I agree Roco won. Nice one Anthony.
Hi there, Tim!! Yes, definitely a lot of nice steamers. Some interesting modern era stuff for me.
Luxemburg trains, buses etc are free to catch
I will be spending a day in Luxembourg City in June! Very excited!
That ice 3neo is tempting but I might pass on it
Understood. It depends on price and timing.
@ModelTrainOutsider that and also with the railbow one on the way I'm a little over collecting ices for the time being unless the right one pops up
Disappointment continues 😆 I will boycott Roco & Piko this year.
Sorry to hear Roco disappointed. Piko did not show anything, so hard to tell. I had more response to Roco, but I prefer Märklin.
