With in the first two years of de blasio administration you feel the city turning in the wrong direction as far as quality of life. People back then were saying is not as bad as the early 90s. Fast forward today and “Yes” we back to the bad old days. Homelessness, prostitution,the smell of marijuana all over the place, graffiti and many issue of the past are back. So should we wait until the homicide rate gets back to 2,000 as it was in the 1990.
