There is no liberation of the person, liberation can only be from the person.
(Nisargadatta Maharaj)
Hard to pick a favorite, but Nisargadatta really speaks to me.
If I may share about the picture.
The Christian bible says to mount up with eagles wings.
An eagle can see a storm comings miles away. He doesn’t find a strong limb to cling to. He takes flight riding the thermals, when the first up draft comes in front of the storm, he locks his wings in the climb position, they would break before moving. Mean while he is storing oxygen in bags in his lungs.
Without flapping a wing he soars to 40 to 60,000 feet above the storm, circling above the storm, he just waits. After the storm passes he just drops down to his home right below him.
Perfect! Thanks for sharing that marvellous description of the eagle Tony. I think Sri Maharaj looks exactly like an eagle and has all those attributes of clear, sharp, uncompromising seeing. That's why I used this pic.
The Gospel of John is symbolic by the Eagle.
The Gospel of John is the most non-duality gospel beside The Gospel of Thomas, which is purely none-dual.
IMHO.
This is a true story of an eagle from South Africa can’t remember the town, Pretoria maybe.
They had a large black eagle in a cage in a zoo for years. After deciding it wasn’t right, they loaded it on a truck and covered they cage. Drove to the mountains, backed up to a cliff. They uncovered the cage, opened the door and sat for hours, the eagle just sat there. They got sticks and prodded the eagle to the door, it just sat there. After a while barely audible from high in the sky a free eagle screeched, seconds latter the caged eagle was off never to be seen again.
Your readings are the voice of the free eagle for me.
@@tonygiannetto8490 wow! Awesome, thank you .
@@SamaneriJayasara lol that's funny u say he looks like an eagle. As I listened and his face came to mind I thought the exact same thing. It's a really great metaphor for him I agree!
I recommended this channel to a long time friend and fellow spiritual practitioner and he thanks me often for sharing this. He says he listens all the time through the day on his cell phone. Thanks again from us both!
Everyone needs to hear this masterpiece once in a lifetime.✌
Love Nisargadata, love You

Amazing! This particular reading is special without music. Love your curations with music as well.
Mighty Nisargadattaji, OM Sri Gurubhyo Namaha.
Thanks to the Prime Mover, for the inspirational presentation of these Masters. These presentations that somehow, in-spirit, make what may have before been impenetrable now accessible to so many of us.
Truly excellent and complete.
What more need to be said other than for the joy of it.
Chainsmoking guru, thankyou thankyou thankyou
God bless you jayasara, you became a very dear friend to my soul and changed my days a lot.
So much more "powerful" without the distraction of music. Thank you,
There is no need for so many extra fancy words, love and only love everything you present and including you.❤️🙏
Dear sister,
I am grateful for you and your posts.
I love to listen to your voice. I do it a lot.
The choice of what you say always resonates in me as the truth.
It is helpful to remind me of who I am and that we are already home.
Love
Hilde
So profoundly powerful, leaves the “me” nearly speechless. 🙏🏻❤️
Thankyou thankyou thankyou
This one is a true masterpiece 🙏
(Especially without the music)
Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
This is an incredible service to humanity at this critical time!
Thank you.
So grateful thank you 😇🙏💗
Thank you!💞💞
En français. Merci! L'évidence simple et discrète est dans vos choix de lectures rendue simple et discrète. Votre transparence est merveilleuse. Merci
23:40 Awareness vs consciousness. The most succinct differentiation I have ever heard. Wonderful!
Thank you so much ❤🙏
Wonderful Thank You 😊
Thank you 🙏🏻 💕
Namaste.Magnificent.
Wonderful, thank you!!!
So clear and concise. 23:39 "Awareness is primordial, it is the original state....." This is a tremendous comparison (duality!!!) of awareness and consciousness....perhaps the most succinct I've ever heard. If I'm not mistaken, "phasa" is the Pali or Sanskrit word for "contact," that precise moment when consciousness, the sensory organ and the sensed object all meet together..
..basically manifestation, experience.
This is nice and i appreciate just your voice without music a bit too loud and in competition with the spoken word. Thank you for this.
loving the new nisargaddata vids x
Thank you for doing this video. 💜
The source which cannot be named and can only be realised.
Thank you for the lovely reading.
Just an fyi, there is a student of Nisargadatta named Bob Adamson (Sailor Bob) in Melbourne, I think
he holds somewhat regular iisatsang in his home.
Cheers
Thank-you for the information:)
Timeless
🙏🙏🙏🌹
Wonderful ! Great 2021 Sacred Blessings to you and All ❤️
🙏🙏🙏
Always enjoy the music, but the silence between the words is .....🙏
I actually Love the sound of the background instrument. It just sounds like one long sound with slight tone variation. That and whichever spoken prayer helps me to Stop thinking. At least until Adverts start Blaring again.😂🙏🙏😌
🙏💙🌎🌈
This was beautiful, thank you…
2:20 Truth
Super
Thank you very much for all that good work! can you please do " self love -the original Dream" from Nisargadatta
"Beyond being and not being lies the immensity of the Real" [!] 8:37
I'm first
There is something prior to I AM. :)
Sorry, couldn't resist.

In this video, the word Awareness is used to refer to permanent unchanging knowing. However, the word Consciousness is used to refer to temporary, changing sensory experiences such as thoughts, feelings, sensations, and perceptions. This definition is at odds with my general understanding of Consciousness as similar to Awareness, unchanging permanent knowing. Thoughts?
Rafi, Pure Consciousness devoid of any sensory impingement or defiling influences is often equated with Awareness in some teachings. Some talk about the differences between sensory consciousness and Pure Unconditional Consciousness to distinguish between the two. These words are two of the most problematical when pointing to Ultimate Reality and result in many arguments and debates - unfortunately and unnecessarily. We need only abide in Awareness itself and allow the deeper understanding and wisdom to unfold naturally.
Nisargadatta is known as emphasizing the distinction between awareness and consciousness. He's the only one I've seen do it. He highlighted the distinction between them just as you have described. Many people get confused because they're used to consciousness and awareness being synonymous.
His distinction is valid. I Am is the same as consciousness, awareness is the changeless witness to consciousness within consciousness, and beyond that is the ineffible Absolute, which is beyond any experience.
His focus almost always is to establish in consciousness only with the understanding to use it to go prior to consciousness, to the experience of nothingness, or the Absolute.
It may be also that Conciousness or rather Pure Conciousness (no content) is still an experience in duality as it is seen/felt to be a perfect reflection of that Absolute which in itself cannot be perceived or experienced in any way apart from that reflection of the Absolute/ AWARENESS by means only of this pure aspect of Consciousness.
Awareness is aware of consciousness. Consciousness can go and Awareness remains.
Consciousness requires one who is conscious and objects to be conscious of.
Awareness just is.
(Just restating what others have said in very few words. If it doesn't help, please ignore)
We are born and then we die, is this not a mystery enough, why do we have to contemplate more.
A-wareness
Thankyou thankyou thankyou
