Yoi are absolutely correct, one may perpetually get stuck at mind level only. In initial stages of understanding this video is useful. But a stage will come when one has to meditatate on "I am", and later even that too one has to let go off. This has to be done with the recognition that there is no individual to let go off. I am afraid it is not so. All objects including thoughts are made of conciousness or Sense of being and not otherway round. Conciousness or 'I am ' is pure subjective and cannot be sensed by body , mind, intellect,thoughts , feelings , sensations, as they are subtle objects.

If one agrees experientially that conciousness is without shape , form and design , and ever present, beyond time and space, it automatically means it is infinite , which means its universal. Because who ever tries to enquire it , comes to same conclusion. It is the source of it all.

I suppose my hang up is that conciousness seems limitless but how do we know it isn't located jn each of our minds and when one observes or mediates, they're using their minds conciousness to watch itself?
