You can build this elevator easily in your world. This tutorial will help you to build an redstone elevator or lift easily in your survival world. Building redstone machines can be tricky sometimes. So follow the tutorial very carefully!

it works but he copied it from a smaller channel called loopy, this guy posted it in 2021 and loopy posted his on 2020.

Me: making a lift with soul soil and water

Not soul soil that is soul sand

You have to place water bucket by bucket to make the lift work the max limit is 7 blocks and use soul sand

I know it's been two years since you published this video - but I tried at least five versions of elevators tody, none of them worked, and your video was my last attempt... @@denisebon114Are you sure you have the Bedrock Version? And did every step in that sequence ? Make sure that the two obsidian blocks on the upper part are positioned directly above the two slim blocks - and above the right ones, I made at wrong at first try.

@maelyschessaye6830 I play on ps5, I think that is bedrock. My elevator didn't even full go up to the top and pieces of it stayed on the ground. Is there any kind of command needed for this to work. I have not used any commands for minecraft before.

After thousand tries with this concept in survival it worked then again not then worked then not. Now it works flawlessly and i give advice to keep the area where the elevator is lifting up/down clear.

Made it 3 times, everytime absorlutely identically but it did nor work. it kept stopping after 3 bumps up. I triple checked everything and it was all correct even the pistons. I am on bedrock edition, and have done a ton of elevators before on Java and a few on Bedrock. Sadly this did not work for me. And no blocks was in the way.
That means you probably followed something wrong. But this elevator should work.

i know this sounds weird but you built it at the wrong angle, your blocks have to be facing the EXACT same way he did it or else it won't work

wonder how difficult it would be to make one that works in sync with it, when one reaches the top it sends the other back down
you could probably do that by placing a redstone block at the back of the elevator and hooking it up to some redstone at the top / bottom maybe

If u guys want to make it more better than there is a two iron block we stand in there put 2 minecrad it is good when u go down but when u go up it is kinda glitching but it still work it go up but your head well kinda stuck for 1 sec try it out it looks more better

The blocks on the top keep going up then stopping, while the ones at the bottom don't move. It worked on my first try but i hadn't built the top part yet, and then I couldn't get it to work again. Does anyone know why?

So uhhh... 😐 I built the bottom part and then I decided to build a wall round it. Out of nowhere it started just going up into the air. And it wouldn’t stop until I flew up and placed a block on top of it and then I had to break it all.

It’s works but will only go up and down once, after that the blocks move out of their spots and you basically have to replace them where they go and it gets confusing
