what is correct way to add couple of degree tilting angle of those Side panels. I am trying to make bucket with 5 degree tilted side panels but have problems to model it.

I didn't fully understand what you were saying. If you send me the image of your drawing or the drawing file by e-mail, I can help you better.

Now i managed to make 3d model of it. I was trying to model slope/trenching bucket. Which has little bit V-shape for 2 different dimensions. width and depth decrease towards the bottom of bucket. The magical tool was "move part.." now i can change those tiltin degrees afterwards and make different versions of buckets.
