Would love to own something there one day. Too bad it's really expensive. So would love to see some house tours in the 150k region. Hi love your channel, I have a question is there a 1-2 bedroom 2 bathroom pool villa or condo at 200-220K $ available for sale by any chance or only valeta is the 600K-1Milion villas I mean that is very luxury but I heard that the new mall and Tulum international airport and mayan train is gonna be built soon so a friend bought a unit near the new mall in Tulum, they bought a development at 220.000$ do you have any listings around this or less in Tulum or do I need to look more into Playa del Carmen?

Does Tulum have a lot of retirees from the US?
There are more in Playa and Cancun, but Tulum is slowly becoming more retiree friendly.
