Depending on what state you Committed the felony in you can get your rights back to own a gun. In some states it's automatic ( Colorado gives you your rights back without you having to do anything) and some states you gotta jump through some hoops( Georgia is one of those state's). I think any federal crimes means it's a wrap. But I could be wrong on that. One of my friends here in Atlanta is going through the process to get his rights back right now. You gotta be 5 years from the day your sentence is finished. In those 5years you can't have any run in's with the police what so ever. Even a speeding ticket means the 5 years restarts. Then you petition the court that convicted you for a pardon. You must bring 3 affidavits from non family members stating your not a criminal. My observation: because Michael’s father Sonny never flipped, went back to jail at age 97, etc., and stated he never would flip on anyone (the oath), may have bought his son’s safety in some sense.
Vlad is very underrated and get mega hits by strategically doing less. Slow deliberate and monotonal and simple approach. Brief intros to questions followed by "So tell us about...." Yes but it brought more attention than the mob needed . The government doesn't like losing he should have quit when he was ahead
He went to jail genius. Convicted by the jury.
They fixed the jury pool. Once the feds found out he was convicted. John Gotti was a fool, and a hell of a lucky one at that. He should've had his block knocked off for killing Paul and dealing drugs. It's frauds like Gotti that give the mob a bad name.
No not so smart. He got convicted. Would have been much smarter to keep a lower profile.
How many times has this been uploaded?
GREAT JOB

I can not stand when people do that in interviews.
Like they think it makes them sound smart or something and it makes them sound so dumb.
There’s this Ch. I watch with this Guy who gives GREAT unknown History and alternate History to what we’ve been told in books growing up , but he does that lip sucking when he speaks and pushes his glasses up from the brim of his nose so dang much that I can not watch it very often but I would like to
If that nonsense would just stop. Or @ least not do it very often. YEESH
So annoying
He was polite during the interview but you could tell he thought the guy doing the interview was an idiot
Not an idiot but very personal and intrusive.
I absolutely agree, both with you and Franzese . Who I their right mind would bring up this '69' idiot and try to compare him to any Mafioso ? What a jerk, Mr " Here we go " !
Wow now over a hour flashbacks
Is this a re upload??
Vlad brings up 69’s case and Michael brings up Gotti and Sammy the bull’s case.... I guess nuff said 😂😂😂. Might not want to go case for case with this man!
When does he start talking about John gotti so I can skip it quickly ?
31:55
Trust me you don't wanna do that. Watch the full vid.
What’s the news about him for there to be a flashback
My observation: because Michael’s father Sonny never flipped, went back to jail at age 97, etc., and stated he never would flip on anyone (the oath), may have bought his son’s safety in some sense.
His father put a hit out on him. He didn’t buy his safety in any way. 😂😂😂
"got it! got it!" you get nothing Vlad. You ask a question and you don't follow it.
Or it's okay or I guess. vlad is a idiot.
As much as we can admire Sonny for being a stand-up guy, HE reaped what he sowed with Michael and John.
Got alot of respect for Michael
Thus guy is smart he didn't say anything incriminating wen answering vlad police questions
Good evening 🌆
Philadelphia USA 🇺🇲 AMEN ☦️🙏❤
Michael Franzese, Lord Jamar and Fab Morvan are the best Vlad guests ever.
Ever.
Imagine mentioning that middle class suburban clown lord jamar in the same sentence as franzese
well spoken, classy guy, intelligent. Way cool
My boy mikey!!
Don Franzese is my Boss. I love him. I am a 56 year old black man . Much respect to you Don.
Thank you - for telling us the color of your skin - you are a true American Icon and I’m sure an absolute Joy to be around
Have you ever done background research
I was thinking exactly the same thing. Jesus, talk about using 'filler' in an interview. SMFH.
Vlad is very underrated and get mega hits by strategically doing less. Slow deliberate and monotonal and simple approach. Brief intros to questions followed by "So tell us about...." Then the guest is off and running. Michael's best interviews are here , more serious and less kabbitzing equals more and better info.
Vlad respects this guy that's why the interview is so good, other than that with other guests, people he doesn't respect, he goes fed mode
Since Michael came from the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn did he know or have business deals with Jimmy Nap or his son Tony Nap??
