I've been through your Suez Canal four times and not once was I able to spend any time on actual Egyptian soil. I love your history and the ancient gods and always wanted to see the Sphinx and after playing Assassin's Creed Origins I'd love to visit Siwa, or at least what was Siwa.
There’s a sort of beauty to this song, and I bloody love it. As someone who is well acquainted with grief, I find such music as this rather liberating of oneself in a way. Like the line “my soul is so light, and like this feather I can fly”. It’s rather a challenge to put into words, but regardless, this song is bloody beautiful.

This track has not budged from my metal top 50 since my first listen. The layered transitions and stops are something I see bands often struggle with, yet here they're nothing short of masterful.

Most ballsy albums, artistically hard and deep
could imagine a whole plot with this! (its simplified)
where annubis is a judge of death, and a poor soul having to pass through dangerous courses in order to prove themselves. In the end, the soul fails to reach the finishing point and falls down to hell. Annubis closes the hell door and continues to rest, waiting for another soul.

You just simplified the actual egyptian culture lol. Anubis is the judge, the dangerous course is life itself, in the end, if your hearts weighs more than a feather (meaning, your mistakes overwhelm your darma, aka good deeds) you will be obligated to go through it all again, or return to a lesser form of life.

If I remember correctly, it was believed that if your heart weighs less, you get to live on in the afterlife and if it doesn't, Ammit devours your soul and you cease to exist. What you're describing sounds more like Hinduism (except for the weighing of the heart).
