- Hey Guys,
so this is my submission for the Indie Film Music Contest 2024, featuring the short Film 'Shopping Trip' directed by Barry Wilkinson.
It was definitely a interesting experience to write for this kind of clip.
The prompt was to build tension and culminating at the heat detector scene.
Afterwards there should be a shift towards sense of cautious relief, while the main protagonist thinks about the elderly neighbor, which might be in need, underscoring a mix of empathy and concern.

It wad scary... Until it was sad. I wonder what happened. I somehow interpreted as someone wanting to die, but failing to do so
It’s no gun, what the person is holding it’s a heatdetector :D.
The prompt was to build tension up to the heatdetector scene which is then released and is transitioned to a sense of cautious relief , because the protagonist thinks about the elderly neighbor , who might be in need.
