Now I want to use this technique to make rachidnat hands!
Rachidnats are a fantasy race that I invented - raccoon, echidna, bat, and human. Their fingers are super-long relative to their hand size, probably about the same length extension as what you made.
It's incredible and I would like to see a stainless steel version and see how it would work and do some fun with it.

You should add a wrist strap to tie down the fingers an keep them in place while reinforcing them. Then youd be able to lift more weight without them slipping off your fingers. Cool vid
