    I have a plot in Ameenpur which is not having plot numbers, while applying for building permission we just entered survey number and got the building permission from hmda but the 15% mortgage part which we are trying to release it after completion of construction we can't able to release it citing the reasons that without plot numbers property having no provision to issue clearances in Dharni Portal? We had been struggling with this issue in Ameenpur for the last 3 years but no GHMC/Huda/Hada or the Mandal officers or any Collectors are able to help us in this regard, being a Hyderabad an IT hub with huge IT advancements as claimed by out BRS/TRS Government and/or Sri KCR/KTR Garu we found ourself helpless to sort out this problem. I don't know why? Please advice....
