A tip for the tyvek because I hate working with that sound. I take cheap spring clamps and clamp a few the lower edge so that it keeps it from blowing up. Easy way the weight it down. Love the vids.
Thank you for your commitment to excellence and showing your tricks and tips. I really appreciate the time and trouble you go through to make these videos.

I feel better with those beams than the last two houses where you propped the floor joist on 2×4 then built the floor out on that. I know either way works.
So glad that you are back TCF, I was getting worried about you. Your videos are brilliant and one of the best sites on line. Stay safe when you get higher on this series.
Palaside to the rescue! Is that the same work horse that you used for the last build? It took a hell of a beating! At least it's a bit warmer on this one!but we have some crappy weather coming this way! Stay safe! You might have half of the home built before those guys come cut those pockets! You might have to do that too!
No shit, rt?... I hope they were fired real quick for screwing that up, and /or the engineer if these were the actual specs and no one bothered to do basic math... it's like this all the time tho, looks good on paper, then when you tell them it is physically impossible to do it that way, the framers are left to figure it out...

"The Crazy Framer" the best and most exciting DIY/Home Renovation/Construction show not on TV
Never thought about making things so the inspector can see what you did. Great idea.
In the south code is adhesive, nails and carriage bolts
I'm surprised theres no liquid nail or something when doing those 3 and 2 ply beams...
I'm force into bed for a couple of days and these series just cheer me up. Great service.
Another excellent day with Crazy! With a new tape, too! 😁
Your tips for getting things done by yourself are genius! If you have came up with these on your own hats off!
From framer to framer. Good job man. Keep it up. I know it's not easy working on your own! Stay safe!
Look at that new shiny tape measure
Lots of forethought with experience driven techniques makes for a job well done.
The precision of your measurements is remarkable! I’m glad you’re back! #TCF

Giovanni Fiorentino Idea buonissima ma, in quanto tale, da noi non fattibile, causa inettutidine di coloro che governano.
My favorite part of the day is watching your videos, awesome job
very good... those beams are seriously heavy

Wrought iron , cock , and ribs !! Thats what he is made of !!
i guess it is kind of randomly asking but does anyone know of a good website to watch newly released series online ?
Keep it coming your a great framer
Who ordered wrong size beams?
Who made wrong size concrete pockets?

The trick how to put in the beam alone - 👍
I'm building a hotel and watching you on lunch break.
Lol building.
I appreciate all the knowledge and tips you share with us brotha. Thank you, keep the videos coming please.
I thought we'll see the hitachi nail gun on this series.
However the dewalt should be good in this weather right?
I love how you still feel the need to prove you aren't being sponsored by DeWalt. 😂
Using the force now.
here we go... eatin dinner and catching up

You can work alone on a construction site in Ontario without any problems???
Thanks . What happened to your pneumatic framing nail gun?
How come you didn't put any glue on any of the beams mr. Holmes would do it like that and he's a good contractor in Canada
Crazy worker= cool.
What work boots do you wear I just ordered a pair of thorogoods 8" moc toe what are your thoughts on these

You don't glue up the beam and nail or screw?
Not necessary, just nails are pretty much the standard for lumber headers.
wow this is so close to where i live
that tyvek house wrap is the worst paper to use. doesnt breath and holds water.
Crazy framer is it possible you could make the videos little longer?

Did you buy 2 tapes and throw 1 on the dashboard?

Can anyone remember the video he has where he talks about removing wall braces?
You're supposed to start with "it's time for a beer"... Not end with it.
That answers that question. The dewalt is still left in the truck.
So why build solo? don't like working with people or just for the videos?
Both
If you don't give this dudes videos a thumbs up you've never worked hard in your life

Best construction based RUclips channel out there awesome man ur tha tits
Why not get a crew and smash up some monsters
Keep it small, keep it all
True
At least it’s not a steal beam
Why do you frame alone. I've built with 1 guy before and damn near killed us.
It’s pretty clear he looks comfortable framing by himself so no point of him paying a second guy unless he wanted to speed up the job
Must be nice not having to wear 5 hoodies.
Must be nice now to not be freezing your ass off or have your POS tools not freezing up on you.
Just my opinion. Duct Tape down the tyvek for the neighborhood.
