Have the ew-200s. Although I do have to struggle to get them to fit snugly in my ears, I am loving mine. Have to add too that this review was the clearest, most honest and accurately descriptive evaluation of a product I have heard for a long time, possibly ever. Keep up the good work.
I totally agree that both these and their cheaper cousin , the 100p's are difficult to fit in my ears. The included tips don't work for me at all and I had to find others that fit my ears properly. But it's worth the effort because these sound great! I sometimes have to reduce what is sibilance to me, but clean and full sound when it all comes together 😊

I found myself really liking these EW200 IEMs from Simgot. It might not be too enthusiastic in the lower end, but it's got great stage and detail without cutting or piercing the ear. It's soft where it needs to be, so you're not going to be dealing with fatigue. Would highly recommend.

@@PaulsPOV the Castor Bass is a whole different beast but sometimes l just want that fun listen instead of a more technical one🙂 I'd be curious of your impressions of it though 😃
I know what you're saying. I goto my Beyerdynamic DT990 when I don't want too much technicality. It's more "musical" in a sense. The emphasis in every detail sometimes gets too much with analytical IEMs or headphones.
I haven't tested the CCA. But the EW200 isn't exactly a large sounding set of IEMs when it comes to its lower frequencies. The KZ is more prominent in the bass for sure.

@@PaulsPOV thanks for your feedback, I'll certainly watch your video on the iFi Go Link. Although the fullness and details that you are telling about would be when listening to lossless music and not on Spotify, right?

Hi Paul, please help me choose between the Simgot EA500, EW200 and EA1000. I'll pair them exclusively with the iBasso DC03 Pro. I will be upgrading from the Blon BL03. A warm-neutral, yet detailed sound is preferred. I could give up some bass in exchange for more resolution and clarity. Which of these three will suit my needs? Also, could you please suggest any other iem better than these for under 15K? I know I've asked a lot of questions, but I won't be buying another pair of iems for the next 5-6 years.
I haven't tested the EA500 yet, but I quite like the EW200. If you have EA1000 budget, go for it. Saying I quite like it would be an understatement. Feel free to watch my review on it. I'm still new to the IEM genre of reviews, so I haven't tested much under the 15k price range. I have tested the EM6L, but again, I prefer the EA1000 over it for many reasons. I can see it carrying you for years.
It depends on what you mean by "better." If it's value for money, then the EW 200 is better, if you've got the budget and money is no issue, the EA1000 is better. Its over all build and delivery of sound, from its detail recovery, stage and stance is significantly more confident. If you have the budget and can go for it, I'd recommend it over the EW200 any day.
@@PaulsPOV thanks for the quick reply! I'd be willing to test out this type of IEMs with a "lump" instead of bullet types, but I have small ears and I'm afraid of the comfortable fit as a side sleeper.
Oh, if you have small ears, I wouldn't recommend these just for that. As great as they sound, there's no point feeling discomfort while enjoying music. If you have the budget to just try these out, they're great though! Come to think of it, they may have cause me a slight amount of discomfort in my left ear. My left concha is smaller than my right, but it wasn't painful, I eventually got used to it. Very nice sounding set of IEMs there are.
@@PaulsPOV thanks for the comment. I did take the risk and got the EW100P, which I believe is pretty similar in size. Wear is decent compared to iems I'd normally use - they do protrude a bit, but using for a while lying on the side is pretty much OK. Not for everyday usage though.
I prefer the EW200. It's well detailed without being overly specific, which the Tanzu Wan'er seems to like to do. Both are nice sets to own, but the EW200 is a little more transparent towards better or worse hardware. So it'll sound better with good DAC/Amps compared to the Tangzu.
I haven't tested the Zero 2, so I don't want to give you any wrong information. But by itself, it does set itself apart well from the IEMs that sit in the 2k budget. It's one set of IEMs that didn't feel like you were getting something with diminishing returns. It sounds great and will pleade anyone who prefers details over heavy bass.
What about the simgot ew100p with type c?will it be good in that budget under 2.5k or should I go for dac and a good 3.5mm earphone...if so then what would a good choice?
The 100P is a one stop shop set of IEMs and well tuned for its price. Good value for money. Have a look at my review on it if you haven't already -> ruclips.net/video/NgQx_J822Pc/видео.html If you have more of a budget and like details in your music without bloated and heavy bass, the EW200 with the iFi Go Link DAC is a very good combination. @@PaulsPOV thanks for the quick recommendation...just for clarity will this(ew100p singot) with type c be good enough or should I go for a dac and a 3.5mm jack for the high res audio n clarity?
I haven't tested the Zero Red, so I wouldn't want to give you any wrong information. But the EW200 isn't exactly a bass enthusiast. It's well-defined and structured but not bloated. It's great for classical genres of music.

Hello I’m looking to buy my first iems , I listen edm r&b and prefer good bass , which ones do you recommend under 5k , I have shortlisted tangzu Wan’er . Any recommendations. Thanks
The Wan'er isn't one I'd really recommend for bass. It leans more towards genres like classical, opera, and acoustic music. For more bass, I'd recommend the 7Hz Salnotes Zero, Truthear Hola, Blon BL03 & KZ ZSN Pro X. Feel free to have a look at my reviews on them.
I'm adding this to my list of IEMs to review. I'm planning for an audiophile month soon. I've been missing reviewing audiophile gear. Any other suggestions/requests?
EW200 lack bass (by looking at the graph) although audiophile sound but bass is required to make things real sounding and to hold note weight and also for some fun. I suggest to review Celest Phoenixcall.
Oppo works well for convenience. Clarity, detail is much richer with these. They're built for sound specifically after all. No bells and whistles like the oppo. So the oppo is good for the convenience of it, these are more for if your priority is sound quality/ clarity, especially if you have access to Hi-Res audio.
@@PaulsPOV you are one of the very few iem reviewers in India I hope you can create more playlists of these hi-fi IEM's in future , iam planning to buy these ew200 since 2 months but in HPZ there is no stock available till last week. Just one final doubt before ordering them will these upset me if I am a little bass lover?
These are available on HPZ now. These aren't bloated in the bass. They handle it well, but don't expect bass to be obnoxious like it can be on TWS earphones. I found the bass to be punchy and energetic, BUT this was usually the case only with good recordings. Bad recordings/mixes are boring to listen to with these. If you have access to Hi-Res audio, these are great even in the bass. I'm planning on dedicating a month to audiophile content soon! I'll be reviewing more IEMs and headphones in that month.
🤣 I just replied to another comment of yours, suggesting you look at the EW200. It's a great set of IEMs. Consider watching my review where I compare the iFi Go Link and ddHiFi dac for more clarity about these dacs.
I dont have them to do any A-B testing, sadly, but from what I can remember of the 7Hz, they're more bass happy than these, but these are sharper in their detail recovery.

It does have sparkle in the highs. If you're high - frequency sensitive, it may cause fatigue, but it certainly isn't bass enthusiastic. I've always found the KZ ZSN ProX to be a great all-rounder for even heavier genres of music. It'll be fun to listen to for pop. If you have the budget, even the KZ ZS10 Pro should be a good fit for you.

From all the IEMs I've tested, they usually are lighter in the bass since clarity is more a priority with them. If you have the budget and can go for it, I'd recommend it over the EW200 any day.
@@PaulsPOVthoughts on Letshouer S12 Pro as an alternative? I'm reading some positive things about it as value for money king.
I haven't tested it yet, sadly. But if you can stretch for the EA1000, it's a terrific set to own.
Thanks for the great review! If you still have these, could you check how they feel when lying on the side against a pillow?
The inner part does protrude outward a bit, so it won't be the most comfortable while lying on your sides.
Is there a lot of difference between Tangzu wan er and simgot ew 200?
I prefer the EW200. It's well detailed without being overly specific, which the Tanzu Wan'er seems to like to do. Both are nice sets to own, but the EW200 is a little more transparent towards better or worse hardware. So it'll sound better with good DAC/Amps compared to the Tangzu.
Hi #paul for casual listening which is better zero red or Ew200?
I haven't tested the Zero red, so I wouldn't want to give you any wrong information.
Is it an upgrade from 7hz zero
Nice video😊
I prefer it to the Zero, especially when it comes to its detail. It's not as bass enthusiastic. But it's more than good enough for my taste in music.
Is it an upgrade to 7hz zero 2?
I haven't tested the Zero 2, so I don't want to give you any wrong information. But by itself, it does set itself apart well from the IEMs that sit in the 2k budget. It's one set of IEMs that didn't feel like you were getting something with diminishing returns. It sounds great and will pleade anyone who prefers details over heavy bass.
Do these sound good without a DAC? I mean, just plugged directly into a PC or phone?
It does, but you'd benefit from connecting it to a better one than a PC or phones hardware.
What about the simgot ew100p with type c?will it be good in that budget under 2.5k or should I go for dac and a good 3.5mm earphone...if so then what would a good choice?
The 100P is a one stop shop set of IEMs and well tuned for its price. Good value for money. Have a look at my review on it if you haven't already -> ruclips.net/video/NgQx_J822Pc/видео.html
If you have more of a budget and like details in your music without bloated and heavy bass, the EW200 with the iFi Go Link DAC is a very good combination. If it's out of budget, consider the KZ ZSN ProX. It's one of my favorites in the sub 2k price range.
@@PaulsPOV thanks for the quick recommendation...just for clarity will this(ew100p singot) with type c be good enough or should I go for a dac and a 3.5mm jack for the high res audio n clarity?
You said 5% or 40 on volume . From what player ? Dap. Dac or? How many mw power you talking about?
While listening to the iFi Go Link connected to my phone.
@PaulsPOV ok. Got it now. You did not said from where
EW200 or Zero Red..? Which one is better for base Bollywood music?
I haven't tested the Zero Red, so I wouldn't want to give you any wrong information. But the EW200 isn't exactly a bass enthusiast. It's well-defined and structured but not bloated. It's great for classical genres of music.
Hi i am a bass head can you please suggest good iem's under 2k , 3k and 5k , i have qkz hbb and qkz hbb khan in my mind
The 7Hz Salnotes Zero, KZ ZSN ProX, Blom BL03 and Truthear Hola come to mind for strong bass. I quite like how the KZ handled its bass.
I see CCA LYRA is available for 999rs in HZ anniversary sale. Is it worth buying?
It's a set I haven't tested, so I wouldn't want to give you any wrong information. But it's worthwhile connecting with the guys at HeadphoneZone about it. They'll be able to guide you well.
@@PaulsPOV Sure bro. I tried CCA LYRA...It is value for money and the sound stage is really good. The bass is excellent and Punchy. Decent Mic. Cons: Feel a bit heavy, Ear tips are not that good and cause pain after some time.
Avoid if it's not comfortable. Comfort should be a top priority after sound really.
@@PaulsPOV thanks for the reply

Can we get Moondrop Chu ll?
I'm adding this to my list of IEMs to review. I'm planning for an audiophile month soon. I've been missing reviewing audiophile gear. Any other suggestions/requests?
@@PaulsPOVsir make a video about best iem under 3000-5000
@@61227great to ask that if MOONDROP aria vs ea500 simgot which would be best but in general I picked ea500
@@PaulsPOVfinal a5000 plss
EW200 lack bass (by looking at the graph) although audiophile sound but bass is required to make things real sounding and to hold note weight and also for some fun. I suggest to review Celest Phoenixcall.
This vs the blon blo3?
I prefer this. It carries more detail and isn't as accentuated in the bass.
Have you heard qkz khan or zero blue ?
i was confused btw ew 200 and khan as i needd little thumpy bass and more clarity too.
No, I haven't yet tested them.
How oppo enco air 3 pro fare against these?
Currently using oppo enco air 3 pro do you is it worth to upgrading with ew200 with ddhifi hi res dac ? Want to try a iem under 5k 😅
🤣 I just replied to another comment of yours, suggesting you look at the EW200. It's a great set of IEMs. Consider watching my review where I compare the iFi Go Link and ddHiFi dac for more clarity about these dacs.
@@PaulsPOV but ifi go link is out of budget 😅 even still is it worth to buy with ddhifi hi res dac? Also is moondrop aria 2 good ? 😊
Dismissing returns between the two DACs. They're both great performers honestly. I haven't had a chance to review the aria 2 yet.
I have the 7hz zero. Are these any upgrade from the zero's?
I dont have them to do any A-B testing, sadly, but from what I can remember of the 7Hz, they're more bass happy than these, but these are sharper in their detail recovery.
@@PaulsPOV oh okay. Thanks for the reply. You're amazing 🔥
Piccolo vs Ew200? Requirement: Balanced sound
I haven't tested the piccolo just yet, so I wouldn't want to give you any wrong information.
@@PaulsPOV ok ❤️
Have you listened to to 1 custom junior are they better than this iwant to buy one of those please suggest me i listen to more latest pop songs
Sadly, no, I haven't tested them yet.
@@PaulsPOV thanks for reply sir i want to ask i mostly listen to latest pop music which has bass i need the best iem which handles all the frequencies properly and which ha no muddiness can u suggest me one after reviewing in the comments i saw that ew200 has sparky treble which may cause fatigue or what your comments on this or please suggest
@@PaulsPOV the zsn pro x has nice bass but recessed vocals i want to have the balance but the bass should be not too low i was using blon bl 03 i liked it but i wanted an upgrade i know it has much bass i didnt feel any richness while listining to it which one would be the best if i wanted from simgot lineup (ew200,ea500,ea500lm,em6l) iwant to feel the richness in music if u suggest other than simgot also but i dont need bass heavy which one compromise all other frequencies but bass should not be low also and also suggest it would need a dac/amp or not
From all the IEMs I've tested, they usually are lighter in the bass since clarity is more a priority with them. I quite like the EW200 but if you have EM6L budget, adding a slight bump in an EQ tuning should give you the bass response you desire. Simgot does have some nice sounding IEMs for sure. My absolute favourite so far is the EA1000, but again, it's not big in the bass unless you tweak it with an EQ.
Hi #paul’spov which is good cadenza or ew200
I haven't tested the cadenza, so I don't want to give you any wrong information.
Is this good for pop music?
I like it, but it won't be the most bass enthusiastic sounding with this genre.
