Hi, is there an elevator to go directly from ground level to -3 platform when high-speed train runs? There're guys in the station there to "help" first time passengers ... then he asked for money at the end, I experienced that, and he took me to several elevators, each one only goes down one level, then walk, then get in another elevator until -3 level, don't know he cheated us or that is the design of this station 😅

Sorry i'm not sure about this. but as i remember you have to use two elevator's to get-3 platforms.
