The mw cocooned in melee and got swapped on and didnt pop ANYTHING. And the disc hit ps and nothing else at 36%. And didnt press ultimate radiance. It's just memey low ladder disc dps openers that 2s has always had. And the pikaboo clip the hunter was almost out of everything besides maybe freezing trap.
@@shaso567kk let's examine a few things here This was the tail end of the wws burst, aka lesser burst part, and he gets 70-0 in less then 2s, he has his major healing cd up (as fw) no idea why you pointed to him being in melee, he's a fw, he has to be, and he has 2 healing exlier charges, so that's a effective 90% hp in 2 seconds, remember, this is the TAIL END of his burst, not initia The priest used both battle Master trinket, and his desperate prayer after pain suff, both boost current hp, AND he's taking perma 30% less damage from existing whildt getting meleed due to being a healer priest, oh and ps was used much much higher then you said Doesnt sit right Power word raidence wouldv been max a 130k heal here non crit, he used power word life that can do about 200k, much better gcd here
@@becjed1701 It's far from the lesser end of his burst when serenity, pi, tiger are still up and he gets a dance of chi-ji proc, fists is stacked up (most of the way) and skyreach was up for the mw. A dps being able to kill someone in 6s during cds has usually been nerfed, I agree, but it's nothing that hasn't been borderline constant since wrath (seriously, look up some old sub rogue and feral compilations). It's also nowhere near 2s, it's a pretty solid 6+ sec (tiger palm->fof->bok->sck) And yes, being in melee when you're in a situation where everyone on the planet would swap you even as a healer where being in melee is usually optimal is still a mistake. and so was insta-breaking the fucking sleet and almost doing no healing besides the auto-elixirs. Swapping off cocoon is going to happen 100% of the time, the interrupt on mindgames was good but not worth dying over. The priest I will agree is much more egregious. Especially with how the monk is able to fit freaking 2 FoF into his skyreach window with PI somehow, but idk I've been in plenty of situations where I've had to do dome+PS and shit since legion. I think he would've lived too if he had done anything besides tendrils off the rip. He got a little bit unlucky, the mindgames went off like 0.1s before his DP. And then he dispelled anyways after he already ate the whole healing absorb part of the mindgames, leaving him just in range for ToD (he was too low either way at that point). But even if he pressed UR, I'm not sure he lives that without falling into tod range at some other point soon. That guy knows what to do and probably will live this next time he sees the ww opener. He just had 2 bad gcds. Theres like 5 different ways he could've played that better that would've worked. starting from a trinket on the sweep. Mindgames can and should be 2 separate debuffs for the damage and healing parts to be more readable, but that's a take I've had for 3 years now. It also really doesn't help that until relatively recently this whole situation on disc was "just dome he has no damage between serenities" until pretty recently. Like don't get me wrong, a lot of people hate wow pvp being this way, but it's also the way wow pvp always has been. It's basically always either been this or sitting around in blind-sap-poly watching your team die for 30 seconds while you can't play. It's probably also why lots of people don't like wow pvp healing, but this is par for the course.
to be fair, that monk was aoe'ing down unholy's 8-9 pets and 2-3 enemy players
