Turon National Park to Lithgow's The Lost City - Blackfellows Hand Trail

This is one epic 4wd and camping trip!
Leaving our campsite in Turon National Park we take on the many river crossings and some of the best 4wd tracks in the Turon before heading out along the well known Blackfellows Hand trail. Passing through it's beautiful rock formations and middy bog holes on our way to find Lithgow's Lost City.
We take on the rutted out track on the way to the Lost city even having to get on the winch after an unforgiving bog but it's all worth it as we get out to the Lost City with it's spectacular views and unique landscape.
This has got to be the best that Lithgow can offer on a 4wd camping adventure!

Take the Angus Place fire trail up to Newnes next time. Heaps more fun than Blackfellows hand. You won’t be disappointed 🤙
