So I wanted to start this off by showing how much we hit carl for over here. That's 611K Damage with one single punch and that's not even including something like Tractor Cannon for a 30% Debuff. In the gameplay
your watching we don't use tractor cannon either and doing over 600K damage is enough to one shot a Champion
in any difficult!
So since our damage is already so high I wanted to focus on survivability first. I tested a ton of different combos and interactions to see the best way to survive and I think I found a pretty solid set up as you can see in the
gameplay. Then I wanted to make sure I had Thunderclap up as often as possible as well so when I come up against a champion or harder enemy, I would have it available to use. Then lastly I added in the best crowd control I could with extra damage and healing to top it all off. Oh and to go along with all of that we have 25% to 35% damage buff to all 3 of our weapons all the time. That's how my Machine gun just melts a barrier champ from far away that you'll see later on in the gameplay. we also create a orb of power on every single melee kill which is going to do a ton for the overall build so pay attention that as well. You get your transcendence form so fast as well and I wasn't even using it as much as I should because I wanted you all to see the build function without that and same with the super. We could have popped it multiple times. So using both those forms as soon as you have them would make the overall build that much better!
Combining all of that allows us to run around in the nightfall without a care in the world and just literally doing titan things and One Punching everything!

Void oversheild needs a rework, it just gets ripped off in half a second in anything hard

I think that constant regeneration would be good, like the War Machine perk from Destiny 1. Not sure how that would be balanced for PvP though.
I think this is one of the main weaknesses of prismatic. For survival you really want to be using a solar super for restoration. I'd like to see them rework that facet to have a toggle and not depend on the super.
Agreed. How come void shield is breakable but woven mail is not? Does not make any sense. Either make it unbreakable with a timer or give it 100% damage resist.
I just wish the thunderclap animation didn’t last as long as a marvel movie

8:06 by the way, I know when you hover over the absolution mod in DIM or see it in the data compendium it says 5%/7.5%/10%, but it's not that the different abilities are getting different amounts of energy back, it's that all abilities will get either 5%, 7.5% or 10% based on the number of absolution mods you have slotted in your leg armor piece.
I’d love a build that revolves around being the heavy weapons guy. Infinite heavy spam with a hard hitting LMG + DR would be awesome
so heir apparent with actium war rig, and a teammate with cenotaph so you can keep getting ammo
I have a prismatic build like that focused on Actium war rig, sweet business and the new Strand MG. between those and a shotgun, I never reload and constantly fire to stagger or chew through ads. I use Glacier grenade for freezes and cover, or to wombo combo with my shotgun, frenzied blade for a spammable melee or an air dash. Thuster for mobility, and Glacial quake for the super. Not a titan main, but this scratches my hybrid Heavy weapons/Rip and tear sort of build idea. Hope this helps!
Im still working through the campaign, but according to others the new chest exotic Hazardous Propulsion + Heir apparent + rocket side arms make a good demolition type class. A strong breath of fresh air needed for Titans ✊🏻
@@grouthorax3963 currently rocking Hazardous Propulsion , exotic khovostov, a sniper rifle and rocket launcher. Covers all my bases, precision hits and final blows from Khovostov are easy and one mag charges all my rockets. It shreds at short to mid range, then sniper rifle covers mid to long, and of course the rocket is for the damage rotation. Twilight arsenal as an opener is very potent. Titan's have a lot of fun tools this time around.
Winterbite (or any other nice rolled Glaive) works very well with Wormgod since it also gets buffed by it. Nice for when your clap is on cooldown, and you can block damage while approaching.
sad they got nerfed so badly with wormgod and synthoceps though

Titans are enslaved to the punch, they know no other way
U WILL use your powered melee for a 1 minute cooldown and u will like it while warlocks spam 10 grenades in 1 minute

One exotic I really like to run with a build similar to this is skullfort since it’s less about raw damage and just spammming thunderclaps. It also heals you on all your kills.

real, this is the issue with prismatic titan in my opinion. im running a class item with a fun exotic and synthos and the rest is almost the same as plunders video, but i run other guns. so it can be done after farming a bit lol
@@mr.goochthethird1222 don’t get me wrong, two extra consecration slams are nice. But I’d rather run that on solar cause I can get my melee back super quick by killing scorched enemies. Plus radiant and restoration lasts much longer when running Solar

Kinda telling that not a lot of the Prismatic Titan builds out there are using Stoicism rolls.
Nah not fr, Inmost + synthoceps is nuts
It's only inmost + syntho or Inmost + star eaters.
There are plenty of fun combos but they do not match the usefulness of the above 2.

Can any strand shotgun work for this build? Or realistically any strand weapon?
Do you think you could do a build focusing around dps. A lot of titan builds are around solo activities and add clearing but im struggling to make a build focused on grandmaster and master raid dps. Thanks.

The bastion rework would also work great for this build. More damage for punches and punches will boost bastion damage. Not sure if bastion and worm god damage buff would stack but definitely want to know.
Are you gonna makae a build for the titan rocket exotic?
Is there too much damage difference between lets say a tier 2 Worm God buff and Cannon Point lightning damage?
Personal note:
Since shatter isn't the main focus of the build,i would switch it to the one that gives elemental debuffs on finishers
Because wormgod caress gives the bonus on melee and *finishers*. Getting both melee dmg bonus and mass sever is a nice combo
What about the insurmountable skullfort as the exotic? Do you lose too much damage from the wormgods?

Does Wormgod stack with Radiant? Both fall under the empowering buff category which makes me think it won’t. In that case, might be better to just have radiant and Synthoceps (easier uptime, super damage, etc)
i noticed you said galvanic armour is 30% dr but in previous vids you said its 35%. did you retest it or something?

@@goldengod31 it’s fucking boring being just a melee build constantly. Destiny 1 I had 3 titans had it on d2 before they nerfed the ability to get pinnacles on 3 of the same characters. So I made a warlock and hunter never played them till the last season of light fall and I actually like the verity warlocks and hunters get with prismatic titans are just ass rn
@@goldengod31Yes they are. I haven’t seen a lot of exaggeration on this issue to be honest. Most criticisms are just plain observations. Its not necessarily an opinion to say titan isn’t in a good spot right now. It’s just how it is
Here a problem for me for prismatic titan there is no sustain during dps. I was testing prismatic titan by attempting to do grasp of avarice solo flawless(I have done s.f in the past) and I couldn’t do damage to the oger because it was killing me do you have any suggestions about the sustain problem ?
Tbh I don't think it's built for that at all, and that ogre kills through any healing in the game now.

Just FYI, Absolution gives 5% to all abilities, not more for melee and class ability. I think you misread the description in DIM or whatever. the 5/ 7.5 / 10% was describing if you have 1 / 2 / 3 stacks of the mod slotted on your armor.

Why not have Prism Void to get an overshield everytime you get an orb?
I tried this but it does not generate orbs like in the video, i dont understand why. I used to get orbs on every melee kill on an old build i had but now it doesnt do it in that build and this build either, idk why…

Bastion doesn’t work for powered melees. Only buffs non powered ones by 100%

Listen im Ok with punching things but if thats gonna be synonymous with being a titan that stuff should be doing some crazy interactions when i do it! Give the Titan a frenzy bar or something where it adds a escalating dmg/dmg reduction bump per consecutive melee hit/kill thats not tied into an exotic. If ya want us in the trenches give us the proper tools.
Would you say this one is stronger than your previous Titan build that was using Skullfort? I like both but idk which one to build towards.
This one simply hits harder, great for high diff content. I prefer skullfort for lower end stuff tho, real fun.

nah, its just one big damage hit, but if you back it up with weapons after then it could work? Of course it wont work for the newer dungeons though, way too much hp on those bosses

Would love to see a build that lets me keep my stats instead of double/triple stacking mods on most of the gear. Most of your videos do this. I know it makes the build stronger but I just can’t bring myself to do it.
Is wastelander the best option for shotguns? Outside of sword breaker?
The shotgun doesn’t matter all that matters is if it has 1-2 punch on it

I just found an insane reaction in this build or possiply, to even improve this build... Markov STACKS with Burning fist I feel like it takes the build to 11. This is why... Then you can swap courage to grace and thus change tclap to frenzied (which you now have 3 charges up almost all the time thanks to now using monte) but you also take advantage of the knockout light Gian on uncharged melee by being able to gain dark from frenzied blade. Add a kinetic surge or two and your monte will be doing absurd damage

Orbs make you amplified.
Galvanic armore from artifcat, gives you the damage reuction while amplified . (15 seconds)
but why not stack both Woven mail and Galvanic?

Yeah a consecration can hit for around 500,000 damage if there are enough mobs around the boss but Thunderclap hit harder without needing mobs nearby to proc ignitions on

No it doesnt. Smh. Its fun in normal difficulty activities but in harder content its dogshit.

It’s a destiny design flaw, it’s meant to be the explosives and punch class but they have just built it for punching. It’s fun and useful in moments a certain boss for example but the design should’ve been more dynamic. The best they could do for ages was punch supers. The axes are great and I hope a stepping stone for the right direction for Titans ( I changed to warlock and haven’t looked back)
Can you create a titan build to maximize single target boss dps?? Because is rly hard to compete against hunter and warlock
You just can't right now, that's why Bungie is currently talking about Titans, because if the boss isn't melee-able you're literally down to Twilight Arsenal and whatever weapons you have
The best way to maximize your damage as a Titan is to press start hover to the change character screen switch to hunter use still hunt with CNH once you are done press start one more time go to the change character screen once again place the cursor on your titan hold the square button and that's it you have successfully completed all the steps. Now that I revealed all the secrets I hope my comment is of great help to you. You are welcome

no idea what are how youre doing this tbh. im trying this on expert mode at 2006 light (maybe its to low) and im getting wrecked.. running at 100 resilience 100 str even in transcendence i have maybe a second of uptime before i go down. at 5 stacks im hitting a champion fully charged for like 70%? at 4 stacks im starting to be able to 2 punch red bars (without powered)
Cuz all these youtubers leaving out a important factor... that they use this b.c. in easy difficulty activities. The moment you go into harder difficulty activities its weak and dogshit. But thats the part these youtubers wont show nor tell. Prismatic titan is dogshit and weak as F.
How do I adjust the settings on my melee if I’m on Xbox? I don’t want to waste the thunderclap
Under your controller settings in game you can set your keybinds to charged and un charged melee attacks

Click on charged melee and set it to say tap or hold then click on uncharged and set it to the opposite or to a long hold I have my charged set to hold and uncharged set to tap
It's under button layout under controller layout the hit the drop down and go to custom the when you go to the individual ones you can choose

Hold on a second, i just came from Aztecross's video bellyaching about how Titan's are not powerful enough.
They knew if they gave us burning fists on stoicism and spirit of point cannon, we titans would be eating good
This is the exact setup I had day 1 and yeah it kinda just feels unbeatable. Every other build I've tried on titan just feels less powerful. The wormgod thunderclapping maniac just feels insane.
If you dont have the crotas raid shotgun just swap to a void weapon damage build instead and buy python as it has one two punch
