Medina, your contribution in spreading Kiswahili is appreciated. However,I would suggest that you equip the listeners, initially, with basics.Give us the simple grammar tools to start with so that later on we can easily follow you. Example is NOUN PREFIXES. Kiti-chair (singular) Viti-chairs(plural) Kiti kimevunjika(the chair is broken) Viti vimevunjika(the chairs are broken). The same applies to say a noun KIKOMBE(CUP).
I have been struggling trying to teach myself a new language. Ive tried podcasts and dualingo but they don’t motivate me because they don’t explain formal vs. informal, or give very many examples. You make it so much easier. Thank you!
My blanket comment is that this is excellent for those who are using Kiswahili as tourists. Technically, there are numerous issues with conjugation. Not a problem for colloquial language. Mwafaka kati ya viambishi na ngeli hutatiza wengi.
All swahili alphabet is English alfabet except 'q and x' but bit different in pronaunciation,In swahili we read like the way you read The African names like Kabangu, museveni, mobutu seseko, mandela, very simple!
Ndiyo inambatana na kitu chochote kutoka ngeli ya U-I(wingi) au I-I au I-ZI.Ndio ni wingi ya kitu chochote kilichotoka katika ngeli ya A-WA(basically,ndiyo is used talking about anything found in I-I,U-I or I-ZI category while ndio is used to show anything that has life in its plural form)
Loved starting to learn Swahili, very beautiful sounding language….however… I will never be able to listen to the lion king the same again when rafiki sings “Asante sana squash banana” 😂
I participated in a study abroad program in Tanzania and I want to keep the language because it’s hard to practice here in the US with so few opportunities to speak it ❤
this language is simillary to my language. i am an mahoraise, and i come from Mayotte. mahorais is a language whish have in itself two other language. Arabian ans Swahili, but it is much similary to swahili.

Am from Tanzania.. there's a difference between ...ndiyo and ndio so you have to check them well.

Medina kiswahili chako ni kibovu mno, boresha kiswahili chako kabla ya kufundisha wengine.
Why am I learning a language I speak everyday......
Wow. You are perfection! But she is a wonderful teacher.
this language is simillary to my language. i am an mahoraise, and i come from Mayotte. mahorais is a language whish have in itself two other language. Arabian ans Swahili, but it is much similary to swahili.
JIONI NEON 10 MEANS EVINING

Hello
Kipindi hiki tafadhali sio kipindi hii. (ngeli)
Karibu Kwa kipindi hiki au kipindi hichi sio kipindi hii.
Kwa kati kati ya nini nyie wa Kenya mnaharibu sana lugha ya kiswahili mnaongea ongea tu without any principles
Can you tell me, is this Kenyan Swahili? I want to learn the Swahili spoken in Congo.
This is Standard Swahili. There is no such thing as Kenyan Swahili.
greetings. yes, this is more like how Kiswahili is spoken in Kenya
ahhh same!
Napinga huwezi jifunza kiswahili kwanamna hii ni bora kujifunza Kiswahili kwa kujichanganya na waswahili wenyewe
Hakuna matata swahili
🎓✊🏿🙏🏿
You are going too fast for a beginner. I have hard time to follow.
Thank you.
CHA
Hamujambo medina? Habari za mchana? Habari za nchini uko?
Mwalimu mzuri ila jaribu kuja Tanzania Ili uje upate real kiswahili,
Unawezaongea? This is in need of an update. "Unaweza Kuongea/Kuzungumza" is better.
My 2 cents worth
I am sure in an update, you will drop "KAMWE" as a response for "ASANTE". Not correct at all
Not Kenyans say Nairobi people
Not kipindi hii
It should be kipindi hichi or hiki
