Thank you . I'm sharing this with my 80 year old friend who has complained of her brain never working right since childhood. She's suffered with asthma too. In the past few years she's cleaned up her diet & learned good exercises for brain functioning. Pray this helps her more.

Love this! I’ve been implementing some of these for my son years ago, and got snickered by the psychologist. Thank you for the reinforcement and adding to my quest for taking my son of adhd medication. He’s a teenager and it is a struggle to avoid the processed food, dyes the sugar, “cause everyone eats it” but you know what I feel I would not be doing my job if I didn’t try. I love when he says no sugar, the food in the back sucks my friends have better choices. Lol I’m like your welcome and I love you!

I'm very newly diagnosed at 46. All my life I had no idea that the things I thought were "quirks" or "character flaws" were actually symptoms. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Interestingly, though, I was already doing most of these things that were suggested, but I was still struggling terribly. This gave the psychiatrist enough indication that a combination of natural/prescription treatments would be needed to control the symptoms. He did, however, mention that if I STOPPED doing breath work, meditation, and eating a healthy diet I would most likely notice an increase in symptoms. I'll take his word for it. Lol I have been interested in finding ways to consume more omega 3s without fish/fish oil supplements, so I'm glad I watched this and also read the comments! Thanks!

What about a 6 year old child? He was put on a well known stimulant for ADD. He is barely eating, isn’t sleeping. I am trying to show mom a better way. Thanks for sharing.

It’s important to learn which triggers affect your ADHD or ADD. Check out this video to learn more about some natural solutions: ruclips.net/video/tPvi_rbRkdo/видео.html I would also recommend our Calm Supplement: store.drlivingood.com/products/livingood-daily-calm. We recommend adjusting the dose per the size of the child. If the child is half the weight as an adult, give half the dose. -LGD Team

Thank you for this information because I have a grandchild who is 12 or 13 and I wanted her to have supplements or herbs for treatment and not chemicals. Her doctor wrote a prescription of low dose of blood thinner and I told her mom don't give that to her.

@@DrLivingood I have diverticulitis. So do many people I know. Is there a capsule we can take ?
Ps. TIP: Also know I can buy ground flax. Compare the price of it in the pharmacy aisle to the same item in the baking goods aisle. It can be alot cheaper in the baking supply aisle.
