@@recoveringsoul755 That's what I do now. I have seven "older" homes in need of renovation, three kits for smaller homes and several shops. I'm retiring in five years and will be moving out of country then, so I'm working on one after another to get them sold or in museums. I'm just getting started working on them after collecting hundreds of items over my adult life.

There's a shop in Massachusetts called Flip This Dollhouse. Guy has been collecting houses for years. He rescues houses that need fixing up.
