  • Today i want to show you my ENTIRE workout schedule!
    I'm showing you everything from warm up, hip thrust set up for my short girlies, all the exercises, tips and my abs routine.
    I like to train four days a week and have two lower and two upper body days. I feel like by working out four times a week i have enough time to recover between my workout sessions.
