I then promptly mopped the floor with it. Good day.

Killed me to watch him pick that up when he did..
i found out the hard way that you cannot stack the same item though. if you get one to level 5, all the map items despawn :(
The secondhand pain I felt when I realized you grabbing the wand when you did meant you didn't have space for the red gun and therefore couldn't get the Phieraggi lasers you wanted...
Remember, just because you want a passive like Tome or Duplicator doesn't mean you have to take Wand or Lightning Ring; especially in this case, where you already had an evolved weapon to start.
Also, vandelier and phieraggi's components fusing means extra space, so you can still plan to take the lightning ring or magic wand after you fuse them together.
Yeah, that too - he could still have gotten it after the guns merged. Oh well, I don't wanna ruin his fun.

I really have a hard time figuring out if he's realised that the top row is only for weapons, and the bottom row is only for items; meaning you can only have 6 weapons and you can only have 6 items... He put the blame of not being able to get the second gun on Spellbinder which is false, it's the fault of taking magic wand-
Also, the items you can pick up off the ground? You can get them AFTER you fill your item slots, giving you 8 items (the only way to break the item slot cap)

@@zaybud6515 no, he is completely unaware of this mechanic, evident by how he also doesn't rush ultimate forms and instead keep getting spinach and other passives that don't matter much until later and won't help much early on
The strategy he used to kill the reaper was published by a youtuber named Dex, he does a lot of vampire survivors stuff. His is the earliest video I could find on that specific tactic.
Also, quick crash course on how items work, the top six slots are active weapons, the bottom six are passive, most weapons require a passive item to evolve, except for Peachone and Ebony Wing, which need each other, and combine to free up a slot for something else; and Phiera der Tuphello, Eight the Sparrow, and Tiragisu, which you need all three of in order to achieve the same effect with the two guns on evolution. Weapons evolve at level 8, and the only ones that need to be leveled up are the active component, so you could evolve weapons with their passives still at level 1, but you can only evolve weapons with chest drops, so a common tactic is to leave the chests on the floor until you have something ready to evolve.
Dex is a hero for making so many guides.

Two different deaths spawn on this map. I think the blue one killed him before the red one spawned. Then again I have yet to do this map with the death character so it may not spawn to my knowledge. All I know is that the blue death can't be hit with any character I've tried so far.
@@ThatGuy_212 my guess is that these 'death' reapers have their own power levels, where the red one is the lowest level reaper and blue is like big daddy lord of hell hades or something.
No, the player is only wearing the Mask of the Red Death and isn't Death itself. The Blue Death is a stage specific unkillable enemy . The Green Death is only possible on two stages and killable by some items.
As someone who knows 1 or 2 things about the game, it's really perplexing how DF always jumps between the state of genius and utterly clueless - not calling that out or shi*ttalking, just stating what happens with no ill intend. It's a bit like "So yea guys, I just killed the final boss in Elden Ring naked and oh, what is that thing down there? It heals me?! Would you look at that!"
Edit: If you want to have a fun experience, play as Red Death, take the Awake Arcana and get Tiragisu level 2. Die 6 times. Then pick up Hollow Heart and max it to 5. Check out your HP :)
It takes a true genius to come off as clueless
1. The red skeleton respawns where you kill them. This is a reference to the castlevania series which have that same enemy
2. the circle of candles spawn due to stepping on the traps, those red circles. The milk factory has them as well, but they are yellow

Empty Tome is actually one of the better passive items since it can make some weapons just fire non stop.

A new update has a new whip. It whips things really fast. And can be combined with the other whip for a super whip.
I just like how DF legitimately unlocked death and the rest of the players just modded to unlock
Df is the best at figuring out how to unlock stuff the first try, then cheating to get it again in the game later on 😂. But at least he always does it legit at least once each game!
A lot of people modded to unlock, but as he himself said, he read how to do it off the wiki, which was written by people figuring out how to do it without modding to unlock it.
And modding it gave you a different version of death

When I beat the hidden boss I started heading down right away at the beginning. I started fighting him around the 25 min mark so I had to fight him and the crab at the same time. It was a stressful time for me but I got it. I did it with good old mr. bones

Pressing esc will skip the chest animation. This only works for the single and triple chest, not the 5.

You should really play doomdepths it's a free game where you get to kill idiots (monsters) and get lots of loot and enchantments it takes a second to figure out because there is no tutorial but its fairly simple but I really feel like you would enjoy it

When a chest gives an ultimate the flashing items will all be ultimate weapons, so you know when a chest is going to give you an ultimate seconds in advance, which isn't overly useful but still fun to know

Tipp you can only get the ultimate weapons after the 10 min Mark so you should Not Pick up the chest before 10 min
quick thing, the item at the top of the map is the randomazzo its REALLY good if you get certain achievements, like one where you reach level 99 as Krochi it gives either 3 or 5 extra revives. and you get a free thing that gives doubled healing if you pick it up. what im saying is PLEASE PICK UP THE RANDOMAZZO PLEASE.

Just to give you a tip: after you combine both guns into the evolution, you can burn through your revives to remove Tiragisu and take another passive item.

Before Red Death was added in you unlocked missingNo instead. missingNo's stats are semi-randomized, the starting weapon is either axe or evolved axe, and you can get some of the most insane bonkers stupid runs with it. Granted, now you have to edit game files to re-unlock the character it's the best goofing around character imo.

@@sonicANDtailsfan157k You can find it listed under secret characters on the wiki, with a full list of it's stat range along with step by step instructions on how to edit the game files to unlock it again. Fair warning, don't play with your game files without backups or if you aren't comfortable modifying things. It is very possible to just completely lose all the progress you've made already.

u should only pick the items off the ground when u already have 6 passive weapons (bottom row)
