Reminds me of Maguire in 2018. Perfectly fine box defender who is fine stepping up off his line, but easier to do that when everything is in front of him. Likes a tackle, but lunges in and comes off his feet a bit too often. Pings passes around, but doesn’t look comfortable in his technique, can read his passes before he makes them, doesn’t do as much under pressure. Good at defending long balls and winning headers, but doesn’t bring the ball down, just heads it into an area for a teammate to pick up.
We don’t need another Maguire. This one feels like a classic Woodward signing that I’m really hoping the new management don’t bite on.
I kinda agree with you but he is really young and unlike maguire has bags of pace. Similar build to haaland/sesko 6ft,5 with the same kind of acceleration. Atleast hes got that going for him. He "might" be able to develop into a good player but i dont think hes shown enough yet

This guy is just another young Maguire,let's avoid any English centre back pls,check man city, arsenal, Liverpool and even totiham,they avoid english centre back cos with time they become really slow and lazy,they are not strong for that purpose,other areas is gud but as a centre back ,they aren't ....pls let's jump this bullet so as not regret in 2 yrs time
