Wow I completely forgot that Samuel Eto'o played for Everton lol, I guess that makes sense because he only played 14 league games and a couple of cup games for them. Also Leighton Baines was such a good solid player, he almost feels like the definition of underrated although at the time he played he might not have been seen as underrated but still.

The defensive set up of Moyes with the attacking flair of Martinez was great the first season, but then they lost both in 2014/15 season and that was the start of Everton’s downfall

Lukaku is the prime example of people being given too much - the guy is a complete spoiled baby who let his talents go to waste all because of his big head

Oh god, did you really have to remind me of that moment where Lukaku absolutely destroys Per on the halfway line 😂🤦🏻
It's almost like when I see that again, like it happened yesterday. Oh how things have changed now though. Lukaku was an absolute monster at Everton. He really should have stayed there. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure he's probably still a great striker in Italy, but nowhere near his Everton level.

Scared everyone on FIFA maybe, but irl? They were a solid upper table team but nothing more than that. Mirallas was that cheap striker on FUT with 88 pace under 2k coins and stayed in your team almost all year lmao. Etoo came over and was WASHED but his first card on FIFA still had 90+ pace lol
