The reason I went to this variety in the first place was because the standard passionfruit I had had some sort of disease called Greasey spot or something like that and as was predicted by someone it died and I heard that this particular variety is disease resistant so I had to order it.

I have a quick few questions. Where can I get one, how big/fast does it grow, does it need a lot of fertilizer, and how cold tolerant is it?
I have a ton of questions. What zone are you in? What's the coldest your winters get? How do you protect the fruit/flowers from the frost?

hi we have our first one growing and it looks amazing. The fruit is not ripe yet, so we haven't got to taste it yet but can't wait. Can you tell me when it will ripen, what month roughly in nz? It turns purple then to yellow that means its ready.
