- So I'm back camping in the forest in the beautiful autumn colours.
My buddy Jon recently butchered a whole deer, so he brought the fillet for us to cook up on the the camp fire. I sourced some wild mushrooms to make a nice sauce and we lived like kings of the forest. even a little bit of rain didn't dampen our spirits.

This camp looked absolutely idyllic! The spot and the pitch was brilliant, the food (dinner and breakfast) has just made me hungry again, and the company seemed pretty good as well! 🤣. Cheers for sharing chap! 🙏💚

Beat meal I’ve seen on your videos. Whitetail gun season ended last week where I live and I will definitely try something similar on a backstrap that we got.
it was really good. so tender, and the sauce was pretty good too : )
