    This is one of your best Super Easy Greek Videos. Simple, clear and well-focused. Could you do more like this as it’s an excellent way to learn the structure of the language with simple everyday vocabulary naming everyday activities.

    Listening to this one again many months later and I still find it one of the best videos for my level - I love how you repeat a sentence in a different “person”. So helpful and really makes it easier to learn from. Please do more like this!

    Wow! (Mind-blowing moment) To move is something 'kino.' In German the word for 'cinema' is 'das Kino' = 'the movies." Movies because they move, get it?

      Yes! The world 'cinema' (and kino) come from 'cinematographe' which is a neologism based on the Greek word 'κινηματογραφος'. Of course, it would be more correct if it were 'cinetographe', becase κινημα in Greek is related more to metaphorical (e.g. social) rather than actual physical movements. But still! The words kinetic and kinesiology have the same root.

      A Switch with a GC gripcase to be exact, but yes. I was wondering whether anyone would comment on that! :)
