It's true God answers prayers in desperate circumstances. He answered my prayer by revealing to me the culprit who stole a dictionary I borrowed from my pastor. I knelt before the Lord and He answered my prayer. Surely God is so good. The Bible says that "Test and see that the Lord is so good, blessed is the man who trust in Him".

It’s great that you recovered the dictionary you borrowed from your pastor, did you ask yourself if such a recovery could have been made without your having prayed for assistance? Nobody damns god when they pray and nothing happens while we look for reasons to praise god when it appears that our requests have been granted. I lost $50 while pulling money out of my pocket to pay for soft drinks at a 7-11. Weeks later a $50 bill blew across the pavement literally into my hands while pumping gas at the same 7-11. Did Jesus intervene to help me get my money back, I have no idea, I didn’t pray about the initial loss. I can only call it a coincidence given that it was a $50 bill in both cases and a 7-11 was the same location. I have prayed for many years asking for help in certain situations without any answers or success. You left out, what I’m sure are many details, but only in a situation where there was no possibility that the dictionary could be found without the supernatural assistance of god, would I say for certain, that the prayer had any affect on your finding it.
There is no Bible verse that reads “Test and see.....” This is an old Watchtower trick to conveniently change a single word to make a verse mean something different. It’s not a translation issue as there is no connection between Taste and Test. The closest version to testing the gospel or a specific claim or commandment is in John. “Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.” John 7:16-17 KJV

What I love is Daniel's dedication and discernment. I remind myself... I only eat at my fathers table which he has prepared for me and not of that which the world tempts me with. I will endure long suffering and have faith in my father and I only serve him, he has sent me out to do works and grow but I know the place hes prepared for me to rest when I get home, for I have faith in my fathers grace, mercy and justice my fear shall keep me discerning and my love forever humbly serving in Thanksgiving. For I love my father so Deeply that all I desire is to serve him and great him face to face and kiss his cheek and give him my love :) I'm only a traveling stranger here and belong to a house not of this world. The book of Daniel is actually one of my favorite along with genesis the book of Ester Moses exodus, Noah, Joseph & the coat of many colors, Jesus (yeshua) book of Ruth Sampson & Delilah revelations most of the Bible really lol I love the movies when they are accurate right with the Bible. I have never believed in evolution or much of history to be the truth I even made my history teachers mad when I flat out told them they are teaching lies 😆 because alot of what we are taught has been twisted & exaggerated to suit their purpose. So I teach my kids to do good in school but to know in the back of their minds that certian historical events are wrong. I have also told them to question anyone when they talk or teach about sciences evolution & aging of the earth fossils & dinosaurs age & exstinction. We don't plan on being left behind to perish in the final judgement 😊🙏

The book of Daniel is actually one of my favorite along with genesis the book of Ester Moses exodus, Noah, Joseph & the coat of many colors, Jesus (yeshua) book of Ruth Sampson & Delilah revelations most of the Bible really lol I love the movies when they are accurate right with the Bible. I have never believed in evolution or much of history to be the truth I even made my history teachers mad when I flat out told them they are teaching lies 😆 because alot of what we are taught has been twisted & exaggerated to suit their purpose. So I teach my kids to do good in school but to know in the back of their minds that certian historical events are wrong. I have also told them to question anyone when they talk or teach about sciences evolution & aging of the earth fossils & dinosaurs age & exstinction. We don't plan on being left behind to perish in the final judgement 😊🙏
