Phenomenal video. Just what I was looking for. However I'd love an updated version to include the 2024 ClickUp 3.0 and it's features. There are also several questions in the comment section that I'd love to see answered as well. Thanks for the info Amanda.
I enjoyed the different examples you used, Amanda, to show how statuses can be used for clients. One key element lacking in your video, however, is explaining what to do with past clients. As the years go by, the number of past clients grows larger. How do we organize the list of past clients? How can we use Clickup to market to them and turn past clients into leads again? I acknowledge, Clickup is not a marketing tool but there must be a way to capture all closed projects/clients in a coherent way. I would enjoy a video on this topic if you’re so inclined. What was the name of the email tool that you mentioned that you use? Also, what do you use to replace invoicing in Dubsado? I'm guessing automations but would love more info.
