She definitely appreciates all of the nice, heartfelt comments, but y’all have to understand that she feels insecure in her own skin. Just because y’all like how she looks doesn’t mean she does. It’s like a skinny girl who wants to gain weight but can’t. But people are like “ oh you’re skinny, you’re fine... get over it” we all have things we want to change either physical or mental about ourselves. And plus she’s being open about her insecurities on such a big platform. Have respect for that and be supportive.

The doctor is telling you that if he does the surgery you will have lumps... why risk it? If you go to another doctor he may think he can fix it but what if the first doctor was right? You look bomb NOW why go through that because what if it comes out looking worse than what you think it looks now (and you look bomb now!) you will be devastated! And this is when surgeries start getting dangerous... when you keep trying to fix them and it keeps getting worse and worse then you're stuck with a body you really don't like and that no surgery will fix when your body was stunning to begin with! To all you young girls out there I'm all for fixing something you don't like YOU need to feel beautiful in YOUR OWN skin BUT you ALREADY ARE BEAUTIFUL! Embrace the skin you're in! For about two years I been struggling with insecurities and I finally decided to get a therapist because of the way I felt and I felt so disgusted with myself because social media is toxic a nice body to them is a hour glass figure big butt perky boobs no flaws which is so dumb and unrealistic!!! I’m only 20 and for the longest I had the mindset I need a bbl or else I won’t ever be happy with the way I look !
Jackie Dominguez you should try meditation, it definitely brings a different perspective of life. It helps with balancing your emotions and has honestly helped me have a different mindset as far as being more happy and grateful for who I truly am. It’s brought me to have self love. Meditation is mainly to be aware in the present moment and not think of the past or the future unless it's positive. It's to live in the moment without fear and to be mindful of the way we deal with situations instead of allowing anger and frustration to take over you. It has taught me to let go of what no longer serves me and to not hold hatred in my heart.
I was having a really hard time with myself...putting myself down and feeling lost. You can have so much support and love around you but it's important to love yourself in order to feel the appreciation of the love surrounding you. I'm more aware of things and I'm more grateful for my life and for the path God has given me. I find myself more calm in hard situations, I'm still working on myself but I feel like I have such a different perspective of life. I wake up every morning being grateful for God, my life, the sun , the sky etc and that I've learned is so important.
Roxana_ 88 my therapist has been telling me to try it but I wasn’t taking it serious because when I tried it out I couldn’t think of anything I felt like blank and lost but thank you I’ll try it for sure because how you felt is the way I feel all the damn time I’m always mad and I can’t live in the moment or I’m always thinking so negative overthinking or just picking fights with my fiancé over nothing but thank you so much I will be trying it out for sure!!!😊😊

It opened my eyes bout the way I grew up as a child in a poor community. I remember many times where me and my siblings had to walk miles just to get shade and find a park. Compared to my dads area when we’d visit him in Clovis there were parks walking distance and it was often cooler than my moms house. Many people today are affected by it in many ways. A lot of people have shorter life expectancy and health problems because of the heat. poor black communities are not dealing with heat higher than 12 degrees compared to white communities, it goes to show how erupt and racist our country is. And in back communities it’s a lot harder to get pans, groceries, doctor offices, etc. because In their communities it’s hard to find, but if you go around the neighborhood it’s easy to find liquor stores. It affects the children because they are exposed to it.
This affects the black communities long term because it’s only making them poorer with less opportunities for them and their children where as white property practically have it made. It makes black peoples lives harder,
