You don't seem to Value the technicians experience in Diagnosis. 3.) having the materials in stock. 4.) the overall convenience of Speed in having it repaired from start to finish. Did you spend the time to do your due diligence ? That TIME should also have some value to you in saving even that Time. But you didn't compare, so you don't know what the average price is, so it is unfair to say you shouldn't use that company again. You wouldn't want your business judged similarly.
