Yardwork has always been a painful chore for me. Mowed the lawn as a kid and that lawnmower needed gas and was one of those you prime and pull the string a few times to get it started. Eventually, it showed its age. Lol. Now the mower we have is one with a battery which is a lot more convenient. So anything that makes yardwork easier is more than welcome.

got the ryobi version of this cause i got alot of other ryobi tools it works great. id pull that 7.2 nicad and put a 2s lipo bet it would really pep it up. hope u and urs r doing well and still kicking cancers ass!!! id have a pro hedge trimming service if i could get $150 for a half hour work. here in arkansas that would be a $50 dollar job

Yeah 150 was too much. Wasn't going to pay that. This little thing does have a lithium ion battery stock. Maybe they have an older version with nicad.

I wanted a 20 volt dewalt cause that's the kind of batteries I have, but, I don't guess they make one.

I bought one of these in November and stupidly didn’t test it out until today and it doesn’t even turn on. I charged it yesterday until the green lights came on, but alas, doesn’t work. Was checking your vid to see if I did something wrong but I don’t think I did. Going to email the company and see if they can help. 🤞🏽

Great house, great trimmer. I just wanted to know how to turn the thing on. Lock key in the handle 😂

    I like mine.
    It makes my hand hurt.
I wish we didn't have to hold both buttons to keep it on.
I wish it was just a 1 button tough. Other than that I really like it.

Mine doesn't work anything like this. The blade went on easy but then the cover won't fit and I can't remove the blade. Very frustrating. It was a gift so I can't return it.

Sorry to hear :( I've only used mine twice. During this video, and a couple months later for a quick clean up. Has worked fine for me, but, I do have limited testing.

how do you get the cover back on?

I only want one for the grass around my pool hoses, so this should be fine. But they're like all the same. I hate that, it's like they have one factory in China, and just change the brand names.
