Exactly this. For those who do leave, Pack and his ministers forbid any members from contacting us, so have us completely cut off. They teach that we are NOT to be prayed for except to "repent and be ashamed" even when it's children who don't want to attend anymore. They write mass emails out to all spreading lies of any who leave. Then Pack has the audacity to claim that those who leave "beat their fellow servants." We never cut anyone off. Most besides myself and another former member don't share anything of the church once they leave. I share these to inform and show people what is really said, and I never have to add much commentary because Pack makes himself look bad! I don't want anyone to be fooled into joining this church because the abuse inside is rampant, and when you leave, they make sure you are alone and that everyone you knew hates you.
I'm not one of God's special children 🥴 being that all DCP do was switch n bate for years and I didn't understand a lot of what he was talking about because it always changed and going only in circles. I'll trust our Creator to know what I/we need not a man.😁🙌 Besides DCP and many of his followers put The Almighty God in a box stateing, " God cannot do or God has to do..." That doesn't sound like the God of all creation that only He reigns and rules over.
How can anyone follow someone like this? Such ashame it’s been going on for years, not just this fella, but so many have deceived many. Those that follow him, and think he knows the time, and date is in for a surprise. No one knows the day or hour, and esp this fella. 😊
I want to say that I can't see how anyone can follow him, but I did for years. Well-intentioned people join these churches seeking truth and wanting to genuinely follow God, but then we find we are duped. Many have been stuck in for years (as was I) because of indoctrination and brainwashing. These leaders instil so much fear into the members that we begin to trust more in man than God and fear we'll die if we leave. It's both heartbreaking and angering. It is spiritual abuse (and financial), and all we can hope is more and more leave. Unfortunately, it's like a virus! Not just this man, but all leaders doing this for power and for money. We can only wish they'd all be shut down. I hope at the very least by exposing what's really said behind closed doors (and this doesn't even cover how we're treated and how our lives are micromanaged!) that some thinking of joining don't. I was able to already help some and that's my goal.

What I do know is that the God that we serve does not instill fear, but instead tells us to look beyond fear and to trust in him, not man that our God is a god of love and peace . So again, I totally understand now where you’re coming from not just a statement that I should make regarding people and how they can be tricked into following.

You are completely right. God is not the author of confusion, and God hasn't given us the spirit of fear. We go in thinking we're trusting in God, but we actually trust in man and fear man. God says to trust in NO man and especially not one's like this who are proven to be false and against God. The truth of the matter (I've come to realise and believe) is that we don't need to be in any of these groups. We can walk with God without relying on being in groups and having leaders to tell us how to live according to God's way. Man, can't pluck you out of God's hands. Only God can do that. The Bible I read says that if someone claiming the mantle of "prophet" predicts something and it doesn't happen, you're COMMANDED to ignore him. I now understand why he's so coy about his doctrine.
