I remember I had this geriatric female patient who had symptoms very similar to a left atrial cardiac myxoma. Platypnea, syncopal episodes, cyanosis, mitral stenosis like murmur etc. So, we sent her to get an echocardiogram. It blew my mind when it turned out to be a patent foramen ovale.
You're doing a great job ,sir! I Just love your way of teaching. I usually prefer short lectures , but your way of delivering to students is so good that I literally can watch a 25_30 min video of yours without getting bored even for a sec 😂❤ And more importantly, the way you say names of certain drugs "formoteeeeeerol, salmoteeeeeerol" really helps me retain that these 2 are LABA 😂❤
