Hello Nomthandazo I hope you are doing well, My apologies for my Late response, Go to your Capitec App, press Pay beneficiary - choose the payment you made to this Institution - click on it and click the three dots on the top right corner - click history and click on the amount you paid, at the bottom press Resend Payment Notification and choose wether you would like to receive it Via SMS or Email if email key in your email address and press send then the proof of payment will be sent to your Inbox and you can then send it to the right person😊🙏

Select that beneficiary and on your top right, select the 3 dots menu and click "history" and select the transaction you want proof of payment for. Then you will get the "send payment notification" option, select it and input your email address as shown in this video.

I’m also failing to understand why there is no option for proof of payment if your payment is not under beneficiaries but you can see it on on your transactions.. Capitec needs look into this or maybe it’s me.. their app is not user friendly. FNB is still the best when it come to their app

Log in back online and go to recent payments choose on the amount you have paid then right click it, it will give you an option to save it, print it or email it 🤗

Go to your App Store or Google play search for Capitec App and see if there are no updates and refresh your App👍
